A restaurant in a villa surrounded by greenery, perfect for summer dinners and receptions. The atmosphere is charming, and the interior is also very charming. Salento dishes, seafood and meat specialties...all top-quality. The meat is excellent. Delicious pizza, light dough, and quality ingredients. The fried foods and appetizers are delicious to start. The desserts are delicious and beautifully presented. I've always had dinner there, but I'll definitely be back for lunch to enjoy the excellent first courses as well.

The best of the best, abundant quantity and equal quality. The chef is truly an artist with his dishes, capable of delighting the palate with every dish he offers.

Based on previous experiences, I also had lunch with my wife and daughter at Villa Excelsa over Christmas. I must say, it's an absolute guarantee. The food is exceptional; each dish is carefully prepared and offers incredible flavors. The service, despite the large number of guests, never seemed rushed and remained very helpful. The only downside, like last Christmas, was the music being too loud, making it difficult to speak and understand each other, and getting dizzy after a while. Last year, I asked the musician to turn it down; this year, I decided not to so as not to seem like a nuisance. Anyway, I repeat, the food and service are guaranteed.

Dinner for mid-August 2025 with a menu presented on a new poster and no different from the daily menu, except for the price. The surprise was the bill: two meat appetizers and water totaled 50 euros! The requested decaf coffee had run out due to the mid-August lunch! I was disappointed and disappointed, especially because in the summer I go at least once a week!

We've been frequenting the Villa Excelsa Restaurant for years, and it has always been a go-to place for important family occasions. This time, too, to celebrate the 50th wedding anniversary of two of our close friends, this place made us feel a little like home. As always, we were warmly welcomed by Mr. Mino, the owner, a delightful person who manages to combine professionalism and passion, making every guest feel truly special. His attentive and discreet presence helped make the evening even more enjoyable. The setting is elegant, a renovated ancient villa, very well-kept and welcoming, perfect for unforgettable moments. The service is excellent, the staff is friendly and always available. The strictly fish-based menu fully met our expectations: tasty dishes, beautifully presented and prepared with quality ingredients. A huge thank you to all the staff.
