Villa Excelsa è ormai diventata una certezza nel panorama della ristorazione pugliese. Servizio impeccabile, personale simpatico e cortese, cibo da 10 e lode. Direi che si può tranquillamente pranzare o cenare ad occhi chiusi.

I celebrated my birthday two nights ago in this splendid structure. A dinner with family members organized remotely a couple of months before with the great availability of the owner, Mr. Mino. His presence was a constant throughout the evening with absolute professionalism, ready to satisfy every desire and need... I felt at home. I know the place, I've been going there for years, so I had no doubts about the quality and goodness of the dishes. The evening was a success! Particular praise also goes to the pastry chef Alessandro di Aradeo, always recommended by Mr. Mino, who made an amazing birthday cake, was also available for all my requests. So what can I say, I'm from Puglia, but I found in the people of Salento an openness and brightness that is not easy these days... I'm happy to have spent my birthday in this beautiful location!
