Dinner for mid-August 2025 with a menu presented on a new poster and no different from the daily menu, except for the price. The surprise was the bill: two meat appetizers and water totaled 50 euros! The requested decaf coffee had run out due to the mid-August lunch! I was disappointed and disappointed, especially because in the summer I go at least once a week!

We've been frequenting the Villa Excelsa Restaurant for years, and it has always been a go-to place for important family occasions. This time, too, to celebrate the 50th wedding anniversary of two of our close friends, this place made us feel a little like home. As always, we were warmly welcomed by Mr. Mino, the owner, a delightful person who manages to combine professionalism and passion, making every guest feel truly special. His attentive and discreet presence helped make the evening even more enjoyable. The setting is elegant, a renovated ancient villa, very well-kept and welcoming, perfect for unforgettable moments. The service is excellent, the staff is friendly and always available. The strictly fish-based menu fully met our expectations: tasty dishes, beautifully presented and prepared with quality ingredients. A huge thank you to all the staff. That's why we'll continue to choose it and why we recommend it to anyone looking for a place where they can truly feel good, eat with taste and quality, and toast with excellent wines!! Thank you

We had the perfect dinner experience with my family. This restaurant is really one of a kind, the food is excellent We don’t speak Italian and they don’t speak English but we got good service and had a really good time. Also really good value for the price

Last night my husband and I, on holiday in Salento, returned to eat at Villa Excelsa, which we had already tried last year. It was a pleasant confirmation! Enchanting villa, surrounded by greenery, soft lighting and relaxing background music. ...a selection of seafood appetizers with a unique flavour, expertly prepared and presented by the chef, accompanied by excellent local white wine. To finish, a millefeuille with fresh berry ice cream... delicious, never tasted before! The staff, very welcoming but not intrusive, was very knowledgeable about the menu and quick in service. Excellent value for money. If you want to spoil yourself a little, Villa Excelsa is a guarantee!

Sublime experience, Saturday evening dinner with friends, everything delicious from the appetizers to the sweet ricotta foam enclosed between cat's tongues, passing through first and second courses both simple and refined.

We celebrated my dad Antonio's 60th birthday in this magnificent place and we were really thrilled. The staff was super helpful right away, they welcomed us with a smile and were attentive to our every need. One aspect that we appreciated very much was the care taken in managing food allergies: they modified the menu for those who could not eat certain foods, without making anything burdensome, indeed with great attention and kindness; they showed patience and availability in listening to all our requests. Even though we were less than 20 people, they put us in the largest and brightest room, which we really appreciated because it allowed us to enjoy the beautiful view outside and enjoy the day even more. Everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail, from the service to the way they served us: kind, fast, never intrusive and very professional. The external environment is also very well looked after: lots of greenery, a relaxing environment and perfect for a family party. We really recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming place with people who put their heart into what they do
