Villa Elena In Morino

I was at Villa Elena for a wedding. Very large location with a garden overlooking the river, it has both outdoor and indoor facilities. Excellent organization of courses and waiter service

I had heard a lot about this restaurant (only) for receptions and finally, invited to a communion, I was able to appreciate the cuisine and the location. It is located in a small village easily reachable from both Avezzano and Sora. Nice location, it seems to me like an inaccessible nineteenth-century villa which has been joined by a very large room where banquets are held, tastefully done and very spacious. The well-kept garden is not very large. The food was good and plentiful but loaded with bechamel and various creams. Overall everything was ok and I would happily go back... one note... the chairs were a bit uncomfortable.
