What an incredible experience at Villa Ducale. EVERYTHING exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, their team made us feel so comfortable. The front desk ladies gave us a glass of champagne, gave us directions and let us check in early. The hotel and rooms were beautiful and had the best views in all of Taormina. The restaurant, food and ambiance was divine! The staff knew it was my birthday, sang me happy birthday and gave me cannoli and tiramisu. Overall, the experience was incredible. Thank you so much to the staff for making the such an amazing stay!

BEST HOTEL Experience & staff is amazing. My husband and I didn’t want to leave. Honestly it should be considered a 5 star hotel based on the rooms and quality of service you get. They have a shuttle to take you into town and are so accommodating.

After two months, my family and I stayed at the Hotel Villa Ducale in Taormina in their new suite, and the experience was simply excellent. Our suite was spacious, elegant, and equipped with every comfort, with a spectacular view that made our stay even more special. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great courtesy: the welcome was warm and professional, making us feel immediately at home. The breakfast was extraordinary, full of fresh, high-quality products, with a wide selection to satisfy all tastes. We also had the pleasure of dining at the hotel, and the cuisine lived up to expectations: delicious dishes, attention to detail, and impeccable service. The staff is qualified, always available, and attentive to every need, helping to make the entire experience truly perfect. It's a stay we will fondly remember and one I highly recommend to anyone who wants to experience Taormina in a refined and welcoming environment.

Villa Ducale was an unforgettable experience. The suite, with its private veranda, offers a spectacular view of Taormina, enchanting both day and night. The veranda also features a telescope, allowing you to admire the landscape and the starry sky up close. The panoramic restaurant not only offers delicious, meticulously crafted dishes, but also impeccable service. The private infinity pool, with its breathtaking views, made everything even more magical. A place that will remain in your heart.

Our stay at Villa Ducale was nothing short of exceptional — the staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best experience in Taormina. Daniel was particularly enthusiastic about helping make our trip to Sicily unforgettable. He did an outstanding job providing thoughtful recommendations and seamlessly managing logistics — from arranging drivers to helping us plan memorable trips throughout Sicily. Thanks to Daniel and the entire team, our visit was effortless, enriching, and truly one to remember.

This hotel beat all our expectations. Stunning views, excellent restaurant with a panaric view of the sea and Mt Etna from around 1000 feet elevation from sea level. Knowledgeable, friendly, attentive, and helpful staff. Set us up to enjoy all that Taormina has to offer. It’s the type of personal assistance you can only find on a smaller boutique hotel. Amenities: laundry with short turnaround, shuttle service, relationship with beach clubs, bath robes, hair dryer, excellent shower, shampoos/soap, plenty of towels, coffee/teas, etc.All the amenities you would expect to have in a 5-star hotel.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at Villa Ducale! We stayed 4 nights. Exceptional service and very nice rooms and accommodation. We enjoyed the heated pool, included daily breakfast, and amazing views of Mt Etna and the sea from our room and common area. One thing to note, the hotel is high up, as expected, so we relied on the included shuttle service to get us to and from downtown Taormina which is a quick 5 minute drive. We walked down a few times from the hotel and it took us 15 minutes (every step down a stair) so you need to be in decent shape to do the walk down. Overall highly recommend and would stay here again!
