During my wanderings through noble Pistoia, I had the good fortune to stop at this exceptional osteria, where cuisine ceases to be mere nourishment and transforms into a journey of the intellect. As my compatriot Pellegrino would have stated in his famous 1891 manual, cooking is a mischievous thing, but when managed with such genius, it can dispense a genuine happiness that restores the spirit.
The dining room's aesthetic is modern, and the furnishings invite you to linger in an atmosphere of exquisite decor, where scrupulous hygiene immediately catches the eye of the most attentive diner. The young staff manage the service with commendable grace and promptness, demonstrating a courtesy and expertise that make guests feel nobly welcomed from the first moment.
The pasta discs are true masterpieces of creativity, made with impeccably fresh ingredients, but the real triumph lies in the dough: fabulous, light, and incredibly satisfying to the stomach. An honorable mention goes to chef Manuel Maiorano, whose creations demonstrate extraordinary care and passion, satisfying with substance without causing the nagging feeling of heaviness.
In the Artusian triad, hygiene is impeccable, good taste reigns supreme, and the economy of expenditure demonstrates perfect judgment for the sublime quality lavished. A complete success for the Beautiful and the Good, which deserves to be recommended with all my heart, with the absolute certainty of my return to this dinner soon.
