Fantastic, a unique experience 😍

Having dined several times, I have always had the Roman pinsa which is good and crunchy, with dough leavened for many hours and therefore light. Pan pizza and appetizers/first courses from the kitchen are also available. All made with zero km products. 👍 The only negative aspect is perhaps too many seats for such a small environment and I highly recommend soundproofing aimed at reducing the echo of voices in the room which, when the room is full, prevents conversation even with your fellow diners. During the last evening we gave up dessert/coffee/liqueur in order to quickly get out of that unbearable shouting. 😞 A shame because the kitchen is worth a visit.

For the moment I ate the Roman pinsa, very good, I will go back again.
