17/07/2025: I returned today with friends, and as always, it was a wonderful experience. The place is welcoming and authentic, nestled in the countryside yet just a stone's throw from Crema. We started with delicious appetizers: the noble Cremasco salami, flavorful and authentic, and the inevitable salva con le tighe, prepared according to tradition. But the real heartbreaker was their Cremasco tortello, simply incredible, with a perfect balance of flavor and texture. The best I've ever tasted. For our main course, we chose a guinea fowl with olives that left us speechless: tender, fragrant, and perfectly flavorful. A dish that tastes of home and celebration. A special thanks goes to the owner, Annamaria, a passionate and generous hostess, and to her daughter, Elisa, gracious and attentive to every detail. They're what makes this place so special: a truly heartfelt farmhouse. 💕 And then there's "Franco," the 15-day-old lamb, lovingly bottle-fed. A tender scene that enchanted everyone.
