Villa Bellati In Pederobba

I visited Pizzeria Don Matteo, located inside Villa Bellati, with my partner. He had been there before, but it was my first time, and I must say it was a truly positive experience. The place is beautiful, with spaces that retain the villa's ancient charm, enhanced by well-integrated modern elements that create an elegant and welcoming atmosphere. We chose the multigrain pizzas, which were truly excellent: light, tasty, and made with well-matched quality ingredients. The menu also offers first and second courses, so there's a wide choice for all tastes. The staff is kind and friendly, and the prices, considering the location, are decidedly fair. In short, a refined and pleasant environment where you eat well and feel at ease. I recommend it 👍

Pizzeria Don Matteo is housed in a beautifully restored 17th-century villa in Covolo di Pederobba. There are many rooms inside, but I can only review the veranda, which is where we were hosted. The veranda is located in front of the main facade on the left and is a large space with plenty of room inside, completely enclosed by sliding doors that can be opened during the summer. The large windows naturally let in plenty of light during the day. The restaurant offers both a pizza and a full-service menu. The pizzas looked inviting. We were guests at an event for which they had seating on the left and a space for karaoke or dancing with a DJ on the right. The menu we agreed upon was good, with a selection of appetizers and a second buffet of first courses. As for the appetizers, they were refilled several times to allow everyone to sample everything. The portions of the first courses were smaller, probably considering the appetizers were served first. All this, of course, was washed down with beer and prosecco. We were disappointed not to be able to try the cake, which arrived just as we were leaving, due to the continuation of the activities organized but not the fault of the manager. The entrance to the restaurant is on the ground floor, making it easy for both strollers and wheelchairs. I would consider the restaurant suitable for children, given the garden between the internal parking lot and the entrance. The restaurant has a parking lot inside the gate, in front of the entrance area with a limited number of spaces, but there is also a large free parking lot in an outdoor area adjacent to the entrance.

We had a pizza, which was very good. The owner was very nice and friendly.

Very beautiful location... it is a skilfully restored 17th century villa... the management is impeccable and so is the food!
