Villa Alliata Cardillo In Palermo

05/01/2025: Very cozy Sicilian restaurant. Simple, relaxed atmosphere with very good, authentic food at reasonable prices. Both pizza and pasta were excellent, and the house wine also tasted good. The waiters were all very nice and made it easy for me to get along well with my limited knowledge of Italian. To say goodbye, there was a limoncello on the house and kind farewell words. We felt very comfortable and were grateful to have found an honest Sicilian meal with nice people away from the tourist crowds. We'd love to come back :)

27/12/2024: Four of us ate here on Christmas Eve. We expected a more typical menu, but it was still a pleasant evening with excellent dishes in a quiet environment, behind the Norman palace. Friendly and approachable staff.
