Villa 58 In Ginosa

Avevo da sempre il desiderio di cenare da Villa 58 e quest'anno ci sono riuscito. Il risultato? Soddisfatto al 100% Si discosta molto dalle proposte che vengono proposte in zona...una piccola perla di questa zona. Personale accogliente, cucina top, prezzi giusti. (Bello veder lavorare tanti giovani e anche molto preparati) Cucina ricercata, accostamenti studiati e ben riusciti. Molto attenti alle intolleranze di mia moglie, abbiamo scelto un antipasto di mare e uno di terra. Ogni portata era una piacevole scoperta. A seguire polpo delizioso e pancia di maialino veramente ottima. Dulcis in fundo una brioche al gelato di vaniglia che mi ha fatto gioire le papille gustative. Consigliatissimo

A beautiful discovery in this villa. I had dinner with some very dear friends of Ginosa. The family-run restaurant, excellent I would say. The kindness of those who served us made our evening very pleasant. We were served with elegance and attention, paying attention to the presentation of each course. Each dish was prepared by the Chef, son of the owner and brother of the girl who served us impeccably. Sincere congratulations!! I will definitely return to this restaurant when I am in Puglia.

A wonderful location with a country style, you are greeted by a suggestive avenue surrounded by greenery. The staff is kind, qualified and attentive to every need. The dishes are refined, really excellent. Possibility of a gluten-free menu, tested for myself, with no difference, or almost no difference, compared to the menus of other diners. Excellent quality/price ratio, wonderful place for various occasions. Highly recommended!
