October 5, 2025. By chance, I came across this restaurant on social media, which inspired me, especially for its original name. I'm walking the Southern Via Francigena, arriving in Brindisi and looking for a place to have a meal. I come here for its inviting name and its convenient location along the route I'm taking. I'm not from Puglia, so I'm not familiar with regional cuisine, but here I'm pleasantly surprised. Various cheeses, all kinds of vegetable appetizers, orecchiette with fresh tomatoes and basil: well, in the end, well-fed and with a satisfied palate, after washing down my dishes with a few glasses of good wine, I sip my coffee and also a grappa. Excellent quality products, but that's not all. The owner recommends the right pairings, is friendly, and puts you at ease. Chatting with the other customers, he introduces me as a pilgrim on the road. A family atmosphere is created in the dining room, making you appreciate the already excellent food even more. In the end, with regret, I must return to my journey, but I will remember this experience. It already belongs to memories that will never be forgotten.

What a pleasure to dine here! Simple, yet so delicious. No menu, its whatever the chef is cooking on that day, but from the beginning to to the end - fabulous. Octopus dish was truly amazing, tender like you never tried before. Very memorable experience, and very highly recommended. Well deserved five stars, a hidden gem. Thanks Severino!

You don't even have to order; he encourages you to indulge in every delicacy!!! His cheese is unmatched!!! A must-see in Brindisi. I've even learned to love it 🫶 and will definitely be back.
