Per caso mi sono imbattuto in questo locale… Location: molto caratteristica dai sapori “ rurali” molto curati. Personale: gentilissimo, disponibile, preciso e professionale. Oste: una persona di altri tempi… grande padrone di casa, ti mette subito a tuo agio, simpaticissimo, empatico. Menù: straordinario, il miglior locale dove abbiamo cenato ultimamente. Antipasti vari, non banani e non scontati come molte volte si puó trovare; due primi ottimi, un plauso alla pasta con totani, gamberi e cozze e da tre stelle michelin il secondo…. Gamberi appena scottati mai mangiati così buoni in vita. Frutta anche questa ai massimi livelli, caffè e rum. Non puoi chiedere di più. Prezzo più che onesto per la proposta ma soprattutto per la qualità offerta! Bravissimo Severino. Vale assolutamente il viaggio.

Spectacular. Everything spectacular, warm and informal welcome, it feels like being at home. Very fresh raw materials. There is no menu, the owner asks you if he can do it himself.... exceptional....one after the other, plates of very fresh and delicious typical cheeses arrive, and many vegetable dishes prepared according to the best local tradition. All very simple but delicious. There is a wood-fired oven and the focaccia is delicious. If you can make it, the second courses, dessert and fresh fruit are also worth trying. Arrivés à l’aéroport nous avons recherché sur trip un restaurant et celui-ci nous a semblé vraiment bien d’autant plus que 10/15 min nous séparaient de ce lieu. Arrivés sur place et très bien accueilli nous avons été mis au parfum… pas de menu et c’est le chef qui décide plus ou moins pour vous selon vos goûts. Le mot d’ordre est qualité du produit et tout est frais! Là ils ont commencé à nous apporter pleins de antipasti succulents et de qualité…fromages légumes etc.. Ensuite deux petites assiettes de pâtes dont une qui était un gnocchi , curcuma et à la truffe !!! Étonnant comme mix mais exceptionnel ! Et nous avons fini avec du poulpe et des gamberoni violets à tomber !!! Nous n’avions malheureusement plus de place pour le dessert qui devait être également bon… Bref tout était très très succulent et le prix plus que correct ( 40 euro par personne inclu eau, vin . bière et cafés ! À y retourner…absolument et super compromis si vous atterrissez à des heures tardives. Seul suggestion d’amélioration… le café pourrait être servi dans une tasse et pas dans gobelet en plastique!! On est quand même en Italie et le café fait partie intégrante de la cérémonie culinaire ! Grazie mille e a presto
