I have known this place for years and I am thrilled to finally be able to share a review that tells of the great commitment and passion that have been invested in it over time. The improvements made to the internal ENVIRONMENTS, combined with the careful selection of high-quality and refined gastronomic products, testify to a continuous dedication to attention, customer care and loyalty. The KITCHEN is undoubtedly one of the most interesting experiences: fresh dishes, presented with originality and taste. The YEASTED PRODUCTS are delicious, light and never excessively heavy, while the ice cream and the coffee maker complete a truly excellent gastronomic offer. One aspect that I particularly admire is the choice to rely on a renowned artisan ROASTING, highly appreciated both in Piedmont and on the Ligurian coast. The coffee offered is of the highest quality (Torrefazione La Brasiliana, IM), thanks to the use of Arabica and Robusta beans (Canephora), including fermented beans that give a unique aromatic profile, that is, a perfect balance between notes of caramel, citric acidity reminiscent of orange, chocolatey and slightly vanilla hints. No less important is the DRINK LIST, always taken care of in the smallest details. The team was able to carefully interpret my needs, proposing cocktails made with selected and highly valuable spirits and distillates. A heartfelt thanks to Rosita, Christian and Anna for the professionalism and passion with which they carry out this project, even though it can often be stressful and tiring. I sincerely wish the best for every new achievement.

Bar Victor is my favorite place for lunch in Chieri. Quality cuisine with menus for all tastes, but above all good food. Also excellent for breakfast and aperitif. Kind and efficient personality, what you need for a quality lunch break.

Excellent aperitif, experience to be repeated! I was pleasantly impressed by the quality of the service and the care given to the customer. As soon as I communicated my lactose intolerance, the staff proved extremely helpful and attentive, preparing a personalized cutting board for me. It is one of the few places where I was able to taste multiple dishes and I must say that everything was really excellent, with attention to detail and with fresh ingredients. The Spritz was also well made, balanced and served with care. At the time of the bill, we expected a higher price, but instead we were positively surprised by that too. I will definitely return and will not hesitate to recommend it to friends and acquaintances. A beautiful discovery!

I discovered this very nice place in the center of Chieri, very friendly staff even on the phone, helpful and attentive to customer needs, excellent vegan and vegetarian options, nice place always open, a nice and confirmed recommendation for future visitors!

The croissants are excellent, the place is a little crowded in the morning but on the other hand, as mentioned, you can eat good croissants. I recommend it for an excellent breakfast before leaving for a new day.

Excellent quality of food with very high standards if we think that it was born as a bar but the care in catering is on par with their cafeteria (which has always been important for us Turin people). You will find first courses and focaccias whose raw materials come from their laboratory, as well as for their vegetarian and traditional burgers. Speaking of vegetarian dishes, they offer "trio" solutions with basmati rice, spinach burgers, grilled vegetables and a considerable amount of side dishes such as lentil salads, fennel with parmesan, sautéed courgettes, baked potatoes and others, in short, everything you could wish for if you love veggy food. But the other traditional dishes are also made with skill and you will not be disappointed because it is all fresh and produced directly from their kitchens, forget about ready meals, here there is real attention to what is offered. A simple bar then? No, much more, in fact an excellent sit-down restaurant that offers a café service at all hours with croissants and homemade desserts, followed by an aperitif, to anyone passing through the beautiful central street of Chieri.

I ate there twice and had a great time. Friendly and efficient service, quality and well-made food. 👍🏻 The unique dishes are truly complete and satisfy even those who are good eaters like me 😅 I recommend it for quality breakfasts and lunches while spending the right amount. 😉 P.S. The desserts aren't bad either 😋
