27/01/2025: I returned recently and I have to say that this time my experience was significantly better than in the past. Although I'm not 100% sure who the new manager is, there was a blonde girl who I thought might be the manager. In my opinion, she seemed to be the one in charge: she gave precise instructions to everyone, conveyed a strong desire to keep the place going and did it with a smile on her face, which she never lost. Her professionalism and her natural sense of leadership really impressed me, giving the idea that she was the beating heart of the place. Thanks to his positive energy, the atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming, making my experience much more pleasant than in the past. In the past, unfortunately, I had had a not too positive experience with the previous manager, whose attitude seemed a bit arrogant and made me feel uncomfortable. Luckily, with this new approach, I felt much more comfortable. Congratulations to all the staff, and a big thank you to the blonde girl who, with her smile and determination, really made the difference. I will definitely be back!
