Mi aspettavo una buona cucina ma è stata una esperienza speciale. Spesso oggi i cuochi tendono ad arricchire di sapori le pietanze non sempre raggiungendo risultati veramente apprezzabili, è difficile coniugare originalità e buon gusto. Da Andrea il miracolo si compie, niente è fuori posto, ogni aroma, ogni sapore si compenetrano perfettamente in un risultato originale. Promosso a pieni voti, forse meriterebbe una stella?

10 and praise! Fantastic food, with authentic flavors and carefully crafted dishes! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the ideal place to relax and enjoy an evening. Congratulations to the waiters who are very precise and ready to give advice and to the chef who is very good, friendly and passionate! We will definitely be back

Located in a small street, the restaurant is intimate and well furnished. The dining room staff is available and knowledgeable about the dishes, ready to respond to the customer's needs. The menu is varied, combining seasonal elements with more refined ingredients, wonderful with contrasts between hot and cold, sweet and bitter. It was a very beautiful experience and definitely worth repeating.

One of the best restaurants in Lecce and one of a handful that I recommend to visitors and friends. Wonderful food with thoughtful preparation and presentation. The owner and staff are also molto gentile. I highly recommend Vico del cuciniere. Ottimo!

In un ambiente sobrio e raffinato, arricchito da un leggero sottofondo musicale delicato, abbiamo cenato al Vico del Cuciniere, che si trova nel Centro Storico di Lecce, nella zona pedonale ma a ottanta metri dal comodo parcheggio del Tribunale. Le pietanze sono state molto apprezzate, grazie a ricette davvero ricercate e ingredienti molto ben accostati. Nulla è apparso improvvisato, tutt’altro; anche il servizio è stato scrupoloso. Ritorneremo.

19/12/2024: I ordered a "Mimosa" salad asking if it was possible to add fiordilatte which the original dish does not include. I was satisfied without any problem. The dish turned out to be excellent, with the ingredients combining very well with each other. My partner instead had a mushroom pizza which she didn't eat in its entirety: she just couldn't handle it, not because she didn't like it. So I "had" to finish it myself with my great "sacrifice" 😉: it was truly excellent, one of the best I've ever eaten. Excellent service. Very affordable prices. The only flaw was the noisiness of the environment, we almost couldn't hear each other. I've been to this place before and this time it didn't disappoint me. I recommend it because it's really worth it.
