Very friendly staff, excellent, fresh food, and a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. A lovely discovery. The pizza was excellent, fragrant, fresh, and made with quality ingredients (arugula and bresaola). The coffee was also excellent. Everything was served at a table overlooking the outside. Very welcoming place.

Really good all around. Not expensive. They always greet you with a smile and they are always very thankful for your service. The staff speak English or Spanish.

Amazing experience. We stayed at the Hoxton and luckily we found this place the first hour in Rome. Have been every day. Espresso and the pastries are incredible and the staff is extremely nice. Will be back next trip!

04/05/2026: If you love fresh fish and authentic flavors, Il Sugherino is a must-visit! The quality of the ingredients is evident in every dish: incredibly fresh fish, cooked with care and respect for tradition, but with that extra touch that makes each course special. From the appetizer to the main course, everything was simply delicious. The flavors are balanced, authentic, and truly showcase the freshness of the sea. The service was also impeccable: the staff were kind, attentive, and always available. A truly pleasant experience, which I recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy excellent fish in a welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely be back!
