13/03/2026: I went to Yokohama for lunch today, a truly refined restaurant where nothing is left to chance.

12/03/2026: Everything was very good. Perhaps in the tasting menu I would serve the gnocchi first and the Black Cod after, rather than vice versa (maybe they made a mistake). During service, the dishes were often brought before we'd even finished one course. The atmosphere was beautiful and quiet, the food was excellent, and the owner, who greets guests at the table, and the manager were very friendly. The price was right for the tasting menu. 👌
