A great find in the center of Foligno! The delicious carbonara... Prepared and appetizing dishes...freshly pressed olive oil already available at the table... Open kitchen, chef at the stove, dad at the tables! What can I say...we'll be back soon!

I highly recommend the umbricello with truffle and the cod. These are traditional Umbrian dishes, yet haute cuisine! As for the cod: the combination of plums, pine nuts, and raisins is a refined shock for the palate. Friendly welcome, excellent wines, highly recommended.

05/04/2025: Proposte menù molto buone, tradizionali ma con una voglia anche a sperimentare e rivisitare; materie prime ottime! Antipasti davvero sfiziosi e buoni, così come i primi e la carne! Location molto bella con una vista pazzesca! Personale davvero gentile ed attento! Ci si tornerà sicuramente!
07/03/2025: Situato su un poggio con splendida vista della città di Assisi raggiungibile dopo una salita tortuosa, appare molto curato negli esterni e ancora più affascinante nella sala ristorante al primo piano. Servizio professionale e cortese con personale giovane. Carina l’idea di ingannare l’attesa con l’assaggio di varie monocultivar di olio con pane adatto all’assaggio. Cestino del pane eccellente. Cannolo di caprino gustoso con vago sapore di miele. Zuppa di legumi sciapa e fusillone buono anche se anche in questo caso non particolarmente gustoso. Conto corretto con l’utilizzo di ingredienti di qualità.
