VEGAN RESTAURANT La Fonderia is a vegan restaurant with few but good dishes. However, I find it a little too expensive, especially considering the portions which are a little small. The reason for the 4 stars is this. Having said that, I tasted sambusa, triangles of phyllo dough with lentils, vegetables and berbère as a starter, crespelle with mushrooms and nipitella as a first course and a chocolate cake with cream and apricot jam as dessert. All very good!

Loved the food! Would go as far as saying best food we’ve had in Florence. Would suggest anyone to visit.

Themed evening with wine tasting and Eritrean dishes. Everything perfect, top wines. Compliments to the chef, tasty and refined dishes. Well done!

Delicious food, but bad service. The food is a bit expensive for the portion size and the bad service they offer. The same person to give you a table, take the order, serve your food and take care of the cash at the front door. Also, foreigners are treated poorly in comparison to locals..

I ate well, in my opinion the desserts need improvement and, although everything is good, the prices are a little high, given that they are not large dishes. Very friendly and helpful staff, nice and quiet environment

Cozy place and delicious dinner. We were served a little late due to a large group who put the kitchen in difficulty with ordering. The staff very politely apologized and offered us a discount. Divine food
