The food is very pleasant, especially the taste and smell are stimulated which produce intense sensations. Discreet environment and comfort. Excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommended!!

VEGAN RESTAURANT La Fonderia is a vegan restaurant with few but good dishes. However, I find it a little too expensive, especially considering the portions which are a little small. The reason for the 4 stars is this. Having said that, I tasted sambusa, triangles of phyllo dough with lentils, vegetables and berbère as a starter, crespelle with mushrooms and nipitella as a first course and a chocolate cake with cream and apricot jam as dessert. All very good!

01/09/2024: Beautiful restaurant with great service and delicious food. We stopped by looking for a place to have dinner and they happily and easily accommodated us (4 adults and a child) without a reservation. My nephew thoroughly enjoyed his "bunny" pizza and we adults all found our dishes very good. The staff were attentive and even helped celebrate 2 birthdays in our party by bringing candles with deserts. I would definitely recommend. I live in Florence so I hope to visit here again soon when I can with friends, and my family who returned to England today said they would love to visit again too!
30/08/2024: Unfriendly reception because we did not sleep at the resort, we were looked at arrogantly. After 20 minutes we were allowed to sit down. Food was very good but they are not hospitable. Not worth repeating. And don't go there with children, you will feel awkward. Nice location and terrace.

03/04/2025: If you are looking for a place to have fun and dance during dinner, this is the place for you! Fun piano bar with songs from the 70s to current disco. The food does not stand out for its quality but in the context of the evening it must not be the strong point, otherwise it is better to turn to other restaurants.
16/03/2025: The truth is that it's been a long time since I've been to this place, also because the previous managements had nothing special or particular, in fact the place seemed a bit left to itself. I was particularly struck by the order and care of this renovated environment. The owner, Gabriele was very kind and literally pampered us. The presentation of the fish dishes was a surprise, worthy of a starred restaurant, and I must say that it also satisfied me in terms of taste. I don't know how they make pizza, but the cova uno we got to accompany the cocktails we ordered were absolutely up to par. Also a note of merit to the girl who prepared the cocktails for us, they were absolutely as expected. I didn't use the services but if it gives me a lot I expect them to be clean and tidy like the rest of the place. Members, very pleasant evening. Meri
