Via Cairoli In Lecce

14/08/2025: Facula is undoubtedly a landmark in Gallipoli for dining in general. It's a bar, a pastry shop, a bakery serving baked goods, and a fast food restaurant. In other words, it's a bit of everything. This makes the place always very crowded and crowded, as it offers everything you could want in a restaurant. Unfortunately, in my opinion, it falls very short in terms of service and quality. You often find yourself using tables and chairs that are uncleaned, with leftovers from previous customers, and you have to call several times, or even chase after the overworked staff to have them cleaned, often in a superficial and inadequate manner. The staff is friendly but far from professional. Prices are generally higher than average.

13/08/2025: I gave 3 stars to the rather bland atmosphere, but the kindness and smile of Davide, the waiter who served us, deserve 5 stars! The pizza was really good (for lovers of Neapolitan crust). I tried the simplest pizza, the Margherita, which many people don't know how to make.... This one was really good! I'll be back!
