On holiday with daughter and friends we had dinner here three times in one week! Certainly for the excellent food, from the fresh octopus salad, to the burrata with grilled vegetables, and the delicious cavatelli with mussels, but also for the service, very kind, attentive and very fast!! The quality/price ratio is also excellent.

Days ago we had dinner at the outdoor tables on via Cairoli. At our request, the owner provided us with clarification on the contents of some dishes on the menu; we ordered two Lecce specialties: ciceri e tria and fresh pasta with cannellini beans and mussels. The ciceri e tria dish is good, chickpeas and fresh lasagnette, broken up, partly fried and partly cooked traditionally, the cavatelli dish (fresh short pasta) with beans, mussels and aromatic herbs is excellent, one of the best fresh short pasta first courses ever consumed. The salad of cherry tomatoes, salt, oil and fresh basil is simple but tasty, the bread is very good. Good value for money. The service is quick and efficient; at the end of the meal, the owner inquired with us about how we had found the dishes. We had a good time; There is a good choice of fish dishes on the menu.

We arrived Lecce from Bari late evening early March and needed desperately a place for dinner.
Luckily Ristorante Via Cairoli was open for business and what a wonderful place this was !
We had excellen burrata as starter and Spaghetti Vongole as main dish ! Fantastic dinner and very pleasant host, Angelo.
We paid visits to Lecce twice, and had dinner there two additional evenings - Angell delivered evey time, a great place !
