Restaurant just opened on Saturday in our Trieste neighborhood... my husband and I wanted to try it... I have to say we will return.... to see if expectations are good... the two managers Daniele and Massimiliano are very motivated and should be encouraged... in any case these two dishes (scottona tartare) and ravioli with datterini tomatoes were beautiful to look at and above all good....

I would have given two stars, but I really appreciate the effort and commitment to taking raw materials from local businesses, from small companies, as well as the philosophy of express cuisine and seasonal products (the menu changes every three months). I understand that this is what makes the price rise, the fact that everything is quality and home-made, however, despite a discount we had, we spent a lot. For two first courses, a second course, a side dish, three desserts and two bottles of still water €102, discounted €88 of which, something that left me shocked, €16 for service. Ok that €2.50 per person was for “offered” bread (they bring it as if it were an offer from the house, then the menu arrives and you discover that it is not so), but the rest? I would like to point out that the reason why I am so critical is that I was not enthusiastic about anything I ate. I tasted all the dishes chosen (there were 3 of us) and the only note of merit goes to the bacio, the dark chocolate and zabaglione dessert (in fact it is offered throughout the year), and perhaps to the octopus, cooked very well, but I didn't like the combination with the buffalo stracciatella (and above all as you can see from the photo, it is very different from the one presented on the restaurant's Instagram profile). The tartlet filled at the moment with custard and strawberries tasted of nothing, really bland. The hazelnut semifreddo was good but not good enough to justify €9 honestly. Thanks to the waitress for her kindness and to the maitre for explaining the dishes to us verbally, but what I ate did not convince me to return.

Now a fixed point. You can try many dishes that are out of the ordinary, creative, tasty and really good. Also a good choice of wines.
Very nice and involved owners. They care a lot.
A quiet, modern, refined place just right.. also ideal for a couple's dinner. Definitely worth trying. Highly recommended
