VeVè BAR In Udine

20/07/2025: I returned here after a few months. Management had changed, and I was absolutely surprised. The owner and staff were lovely, kind, friendly, and helpful. After telling us how this new course came about, we ate. Basically, amberjack tartare, tuna cevapcici, a "revisited" frico, an excellent Friulano from Sgubin, and the inevitable dessert. Exceptional quality. The place is truly beautiful. And the price is absolutely in line with the amount of food. I'll be back soon. Thanks to all the staff!!

20/07/2025: A truly wonderful discovery! A truly interesting menu, with a mix of (revisited) traditional Roman and Friulian dishes. Nice wine list, friendly and knowledgeable owner and waiters, and a wonderful location. We'll gladly return.
