I was lucky enough to receive an experience at this fantastic restaurant as a gift. Elegant, refined and romantic location, with impeccable attention to detail. Vettor offers a unique sensorial journey, where each dish tells a story of technique, passion and creativity, where Bari ingredients blend with Japanese ones. Each course is a perfect balance between innovation and respect for tradition. The service is attentive, professional and above all friendly, Carlo with his advice and his skill made the experience unique and above all unforgettable. Vettor is a pleasant surprise in the center of Bari. There is research, there is study, there is innovation. The location has few seats, which should allow you to enjoy an intimate and peaceful dinner. Alas, there was a slightly noisy table, but I really appreciated that one of the staff apologized and assured us that our experience was continuing equally well. If I have to find a flaw, we waited too long for the welcome entrée. I hope it can be a starting point for improvement. Well done!

For me one of the best restaurants in Bari. It's the third time I've been back and it's always worth it.

Una cena semplicemente perfetta! Non ci andavo da tempo in quanto non amo le cucine "confuse" il cosiddetto fusion. Ma adesso ha trovato una sua netta collocazione un mix ordinato di oriente e pugliesità che lo rende un posto unico. La location è molto bella, personale estremamente gentile e preparato, qualità del cibo strepitosa. A tutto ciò si aggiunge una selezione di vini molto ricercata, proposta con grande attenzione e correttezza. Assolutamente da provare
