For me one of the best restaurants in Bari. It's the third time I've been back and it's always worth it.

As soon as I left the place, I can't wait to go back. A real experience!

Locale molto ben curato, in pieno centro. Zona bella e piena di vita. Il servizio è attento e preciso. La cucina è fusion giapponese italiana, con piatti ben presentati.

Welcoming place and staff. Dishes with attention to detail, the waiter good at explaining them. I chose Uramaki Lardo and Violette: the intense flavor of the Lardo and the tempura prawn stands out, but which unfortunately cover the delicate taste of the purple prawn. Fassona tartare: unfortunately the flavor of the meat does not emerge, despite the moderate seasoning. Risotto with scampi and oysters, Spaghettoni with mussels and bottarga: Super recommended, but it's a shame to have found a small piece of mussel shell inside the dish... mistakes like that are not allowed for a €20 dish! You could have fixed the mistake with a small gesture of attention, but it showed little care towards the customer.

In pieno centro a Bari, di sabato sera, si riesce a cenare in tutta tranquillità, cosa non banale. Ancora meno banali sono i piatti, come l'uovo cbt col tartufo o le capesante con scampi e jus di maiale, ma l'apice l'abbiamo raggiunta con i gyoza ripieni di brasciola, vorrei che non finissero mai. Molto apprezzato anche il consiglio per il vino. Era da un po' che volevo provare questo ristorante e già non vedo l'ora di tornarci. Complimenti.

A very relaxing internal location. Wonderful and super helpful staff who describe everything in detail and give advice that you absolutely must follow to have an amazing taste experience! The food has an indescribable flavour... An absolute must try! the dishes that impressed us the most were: uramaki lard and violets, 5 gunkan and ceviche and barracuda starter The cost might seem high compared to a normal restaurant, €170 for two people, but it is absolutely justified by the helpful and super kind staff, perfect food and relaxing location. A true culinary experience. No negative notes
