5/5 Stars!! Delicious and excellent quality restaurant. Very fine restaurant, nice decor. Food is amazing all around. Special mention to the negroni, top notch. Service is also very friendly. Best restaurant experience we had in Apulia.

A unique place and unique cuisine. Each dish combines different flavors, and seemingly ordinary products become exceptional. Very nice service. The chef is a master! We will definitely come back here. I recommend

I often go to Vettor restaurant in Bari, and every time it's an exceptional experience. The food is truly excellent: always carefully prepared dishes, the freshest ingredients, and flavor combinations that captivate you from the first bite. Great credit goes to Nicola, the chef, who is a true artist: he pours passion and creativity into every dish, transforming every dinner into something special. The restaurant also deserves praise: elegant yet welcoming, with a warm and relaxing atmosphere that makes you feel immediately at ease. And I can't help but mention the staff, always kind, smiling, and attentive, capable of making every dinner even more enjoyable. They never disappoint me, and that's why I always love returning. Highly recommended!

We chose it for the very unique menu and with many interesting intuitions. My girlfriend and I were treated very well and everything left us pleasantly impressed, from the choice of glassware to the service of the dishes. Complex flavors but very appreciable especially with the help of Carlo, the waiter who accompanied us in the tasting. Highly recommended, especially the two tasting itineraries

Wonderful place - food, wine, ambience - all top notch. I’m a big fan of rosé from Puglia but this one surprised even me. Sushi are made perfectly as well, the temperature, fresh ingredients and slight stickiness of the rice - just perfect. Big kudos to the chef and his friendly team.

Ho avuto la fortuna di ricevere come regalo un'esperienza presso questo fantastico ristorante. Location elegante, raffinata e romantica, con un'attenzione impeccabile ai dettagli. Vettor offre un viaggio sensoriale unico, dove ogni piatto racconta una storia di tecnica, passione e creatività, dove ingredienti Baresi si fondono con quelli Giapponesi. Ogni portata è un equilibrio perfetto tra innovazione e rispetto della tradizione. Il servizio è attento, professionale e soprattutto cordiale, Carlo con i suoi consigli e la sua maestria ha reso l'esperienza unica e soprattutto indimenticabile. Complimenti a tutti per questo fantastico posto e meravigliosa idea!

21/06/2025: Very good fusion food. A wide variety of wines and cocktails are on the menu. The service was very poor, slow, and overwhelmed. For the price they charge, it should be excellent. We were served by three or four different waiters, including the manager, who was the only bilingual person. They brought our plates out as soon as we finished the last bite, as if they were in a hurry. And as soon as we finished dinner, they immediately offered dessert, giving us no time to digest. It leaves a feeling of a fast food restaurant when you're going to spend a relaxing evening enjoying good food and drinks. And then when we asked for the bill, the opposite happened. They took so long to come (we flagged down every waiter who saw us) that we had to get up and go straight to the register. It's a shame because the food is very good, but the experience is diminished when it's not complete.
19/06/2025: The staff is always kind and friendly. We went as 2 people and we relied on the dining room manager to choose the dishes. All the dishes ordered are explained. A pleasure to return. Highly recommended

18/05/2025: I know this will sound crazy bc we’re in Italy but this was the best food we had during our stay. The quality and taste are amazing.
