Extremely good view on the terrance and really good service! Really good food, and great service. The view and service are really good.

Best restaurant we've been to in the whole of Venice. Good priced Lasagne, bread basket was fresh and views were great.

Slightly more expensive than other restaurants we've been to in Venice but it was worth it. Amazing view from the terrace and delicious food. It was a nice relaxing atmosphere. I'd recommend it!

Mid afternoon sit down in the cafe section outdoors under umbrellas hoping for food! The menu was brilliant (see photos), staff were extremely helpful and kind. What was labeled as "snacks" turned out to be a large portion! We also sampled the local Venetian drink of Aperol, prosecco and sparkling water which we highly recommend! Glorious day, glorious setting, glorious food, glorious staff! HIGHLY RECOMMEND going along when on Murano.

We ordered a lasagna and an eggplant with tomato and cheese. Delicious. The best of the trip so far. The portion a little small. We are left wanting more. Very good attention. We went to the restaurant, not to the restaurant

A surprising place for a tapas lunch but everything else was really busy. They have a selection of cicchetti, and some plates prepared by the kitchen. The familiar chimes of a Ninja air fryer confirmed the method of reheating the pre—prepared fried cicchettis. Even still they were actually very nice, especially the cod balls. We had a table closest to the door which irritatingly opened automatically every time someone walked by outside.

Eravamo in visita a Murano con mia moglie e prima di andare via, vicinissimo al molo, abbiamo notato questo localino davvero carino ed arredato con gusto…siccome però le attività a Murano chiudono presto, entrando nel piazzaletto interno alle mura dove il locale un po’ si nasconde, ci siamo resi conto che dall’orario esposto sarebbe già dovuto essere chiuso; ma vedendo ancora i dipendenti in movimento mi sono azzardato a chiedere se fosse possibile fare due spritz o se fosse chiuso…il personale ed il proprietario ci hanno accolto subito ed anzi ci hanno fatto accomodare senza problemi, è stato davvero un bel modo di fare…i tavolini poi hanno una bella vista perché adiacenti a portefinestre sui canali di Murano, locale molto chic ma economico…puoi scegliere tu se fare lo spritz con campari, aperol o Select ma io preferisco di gran lunga questo perché l’originale, più aromatico e non commerciale come gli altri due. Aperitivi e cicchetti erano spettacolari e soprattutto fatti al volo in pochi secondi. Alla prossima gita a Murano ci torniamo sicuro! Posto da non perdere.

We were visiting Murano with my wife and before leaving, very close to the pier, we noticed this really cute and tastefully furnished little place... but since the businesses in Murano close early, upon entering the small square inside the walls where the place is a bit hidden, we realized that by the time shown it should have already been closed; but seeing the employees still moving around, I dared to ask if it was possible to have two spritzes or if it was closed... the staff and the owner welcomed us immediately and actually made us sit down without any problems, it was a really nice way to do things... the tables also have a nice view because they are adjacent to French windows overlooking the canals of Murano, a very chic but cheap place... you can choose whether to have the spritz with Campari, Aperol or Select but I much prefer this because the original, more aromatic and not commercial like the other two. Aperitifs and cicchetti were spectacular and above all made on the fly in a few seconds. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Murano! Place not to be missed.

Creative gourmet cuisine in a unique setting The Vetri restaurant, which opened in September last year, is exceptional in every respect. It is located in a lavishly renovated corner building of the former Conterie di Murano glass factory, now called Punto Conterie. The historic building is now a cultural and historical interface in which there is a bistro, a design bookstore with a glass art shop, a green boutique with floristry and fragrances, a bistro café and the gourmet restaurant Vetri. The restaurant is located on the upper floor of the building and can be reached via stairs or a modern elevator. The Vetri has a very nice terrace that offers a unique view of Murano and the canals. In addition to the restaurant, the Punto Conterie exhibition rooms are also located on this floor. Changing exhibitions related to the cultural history of Murano take place there. In the Vetri restaurant, creative fish dishes of the highest standard are prepared by the 26-year-old chef John Mark Nanit. The young Italo-Filipino learned his craft in, among other places, Scandinavian star restaurants and implemented this knowledge creatively with a reference to local products. The result is overwhelming: after the visit, we were sure that we had visited one of the best gourmet restaurants in Venice. For us personally it was the top culinary experience of the year. The organic egg cooked at 62 degrees with black truffles and baby spinach from the neighboring island of Sant' Erasmo as well as the halved paccheri filled with red shrimps, raw North Adriatic scampi and a sauce made from Venetian Caparossoli vongole with crispy quinoa and sepia cream were great culinary cinema. The main courses also impressed with product quality, freshness and taste: turbot on Sant' Erasmo spinach with tapioca-sepia crisp and a mussel emulsion as well as red tuna on celery with Japanese katsuobashi tuna flakes in nut butter - the taste experience cannot be described! We were so impressed by the aromatic dishes that we almost forgot about the creative desserts, the modern, elegant, high-quality ambience and the very friendly service.... The moderate bill at the end confirmed the impression that Vetri is an insider tip for gourmets in Venice. We wish the restaurant team that it receives the international recognition and awards that it undoubtedly deserves. Be sure to visit!
