Vesux Concept Food In Casoria

Excellent food, standard service

Everything was very good. The price is proportional to the raw materials used.

Last night we had a cheerful reunion in this place on the outskirts of Casoria (NA), very welcoming and warm, given the terrible evening, as the outside temperature was rather low and humid, since it had been raining cats and dogs for hours and everything outside was flooded. There were 11 of us gathered there, including my husband and I, just half of the NYC (New York City) group, because 10 other members of the former "group for America from Naples" were unable to join us there on that date. This group of people, and others who are absent, are the members of a WhatsApp group of 21 people (6 couples + 2 singles + 1 boy from a family of 3 + 2 mothers with their accompanying children who were celebrating their eighteenth birthdays by traveling abroad with their mothers). After having shared this summer, from August 21st to 29th, the wonderful experience of all having gone on holiday together in the Big Apple, in the same hotel, departing and arriving to/from Capodichino on the same flights, with the same stopovers in Munich and Berlin for the outward and return journeys from America, we wanted to meet again in their hometown. The beauty was that, despite the age gap in the group that had accidentally formed in a travel agency, we managed to become close and friendly and, just yesterday, November 21st, exactly 3 months after the American trip, we joyfully met again at the Vesux. As appetizers, we ate a cacio e pepe frittatina and a crocché each (delicious, but perhaps with too much pecorino cheese, which overpowered the other flavors in both Neapolitan specialties). Between chats and personal stories, and while sharing crocchiettas with those closest to us at the table, we ordered special panini, which closely resemble the typical American ones often eaten overseas, and pizzas of various flavors. Most chose the "heroic" variety with hamburgers, prosciutto, and fries, plus cheddar and mayo. Two other friends and I wanted to try the "montanara fritta e poi infornata," the latest special invention of Neapolitan pizza makers. We washed it all down with mugs of light and dark beer, water, Coke, etc. In short, from around 9pm when we were gathered there, we ended the happy reunion at midnight, with great enthusiasm and with the general proposal to organize a future collective trip together, certainly encouraged by the excellent food and the intimate atmosphere created in this restaurant/pizzeria/sandwich shop and stick house.

I've been there twice! The meat is excellent, about 1 kg for two people, and the sandwiches are also very good. A nice place, I booked both times. The staff is a bit slow, and they messed up my order twice, but they corrected it immediately after I pointed it out. Another thing I didn't like is that you can't add or change sandwiches or pizzas; you can only remove what you don't want, and the price remains the same. Parking is easy to find outside, and the prices are reasonable.

A truly beautiful place, the food is excellent, the kids can go play and eat in the playground and the parents can enjoy the evening in complete tranquility. I liked the fact that they left a pager for us at the playground so they could call us if the kids needed us.... The food was excellent, there were a lot of us so we ordered meat, sandwiches, pizzas, appetizers...etc. I personally had the pizza, which was very good.

The pizza is absolutely excellent, but the meat is of remarkable quality. I've been there several times and have never been disappointed. Perhaps the dessert selection should be increased, or better yet, varied. The wines are top-notch.

There's a bit of a wait on Saturday evening. You can't reserve, but you put yourself on the list as soon as you arrive, but I think that's normal. They also do lactose-free. Everyone's friendly. Everything was great, even the parking attendants were friendly and helpful ☠️

Beautiful, welcoming, good service definitely worth a visit

A very welcoming place with attention to detail, friendly and helpful staff, impeccably cooked meat, and excellent desserts and wines. Chef Francesco and Alessandro in the dining room were an added bonus for us! Given our origins, we suggest adding an Abruzzo wine to the wine list! Highly recommended!

We had sandwiches, desserts, and a pizza...all excellent. The price was right. They don't take reservations, and the wait to get in was about 45 minutes.
