Very Buono Rome In Roma

Our chocolate gelato was very good, & reasonably priced.

We had had a light dinner in the area on 9/18/2023. On our walk back to our hotel we saw this place and decided to stop for gelato. It's a small place and not really set up for you to sit at a table. There were a couple chairs outside by the entrance door. There are pastries for sale here too. They all look so good. But we're here for gelato. Not a huge variety but enough choices. I got a container/cup of the amarena/cherry which has lots of bigger pieces of cherry in it. Delicious. My husband got the nicciola/hazelnut and he said it was good. Staff was a man and a woman who were both lovely. The man gave me a taste of the amarena before I decided to order it just to make sure I would like the taste. We sat on the outside chairs and had our gelato It was a terrific way to end the evening. I don't remember the cost but know it wasn't much. I'm not a gelato expert but it tasted creamy delicious!
