Cute little family-style restaurant. The Açai bowls were delicious! The service was very lovely and warm. Would definitely come back! Just bear in mind that the place is small and seating is limited, so depending on how busy it is you might not find a seat immediately.

I had breakfast here with my boyfriend during our vacation. We ordered 2 acai bowls, one with extra peanut butter. 1 cappuccino, 1 flat white and the “rebuild” smoothie. Acai bowl was ok. Cappuccino with regular milk is not available, which I think is a serious shortage. You are in Italy… smoothie had very little taste, was not tasty. And very expensive: 8 euros. Paid 38 euros for a mediocre breakfast from cardboard containers.

So good! The açaí bowl was exactly what we needed after a 3+ hour long tour of the Vatican. The bowls were cold, semi-frozen and the fruit was fresh. Overall, a great way to cool off.

Açai bowl was quite good! They have pure guarana powder. Besides you can create your own bowl with ingredients you want to have. Sugar free, healthy place in Rome! Liked it

07/07/2025: Eating at Vecchia Locanda is always a guarantee. We have been coming here for years and every time it is a confirmation: excellent quality, delicious dishes and generous portions. The staff is always kind, polite and attentive, making each visit even more pleasant. A special note goes to Nadia, an extremely attentive and professional waitress: I have a particular allergy and she, together with her colleagues, made sure that every dish served was safe for me. A rare and truly appreciated attention. Excellent! The place is welcoming and well-kept, perfect both for a quiet dinner with friends and for celebrating special occasions — we highly recommend it for parties and events, because it has a really nice and familiar atmosphere. A real safety over time. Keep it up!
