I went today for the first time, and as a piadina lover, I have to say it was a wonderful surprise. The lard-free piadina dough is fabulous, light, and flavorful. The filling is made with high-quality ingredients, and the price is very fair. The warm and welcoming atmosphere makes you feel at home. Super friendly staff and quick preparation.

I was in the area for a couple of days for work. I was impressed by the quality of the piadinas, their digestibility, and the kindness of the two ladies who run the piadina shop, who are exceptionally kind and helpful. So I spent both lunch breaks at this small but truly welcoming place. Bravo!

I tried two types of piada, trusting the owner... I didn't go wrong, the dough was unique and delicious, as were the ingredients! She's passionate about her work, and you can taste the refinement and care put into every element in every bite! Also noteworthy is the choice of pairing beers, excellent. Friendly atmosphere, highly recommended, wait for me because I'll be back!!! 😋

Excellent artisanal piadinas, all lard-free. Lots of variety and choice. Always excellent combinations for the piadinas of the day. Small but family-friendly.
