A seafood restaurant that's nothing short of spectacular! The food at Vergari is truly excellent: everything is carefully thought out, from the welcome to the dishes to the atmosphere. We ordered mixed fried fish, which was good but a little dry in some places—no big deal, because the flavor was excellent and the quality of the fish was evident. Then we ordered two seafood centerpieces: one very large and generous, designed for two people (but easily enough for two hungry people!), and another for one, also beautifully presented and delicious. The dishes were generous, served with care and using the freshest ingredients. You can tell there's passion and attention to quality behind them. The service was perfect, truly top-notch: the staff were kind, professional, and always attentive to every need, without ever being intrusive. The restaurant's design also deserves special mention—modern, refined, elegant, yet welcoming. As for the prices, I have to say they're fair, especially considering the location: we're in San Foca, a tourist area where prices are often higher, but here the quality-price ratio is truly excellent. In conclusion, I give Ristorante Vergari a full 5 stars: a place where you can eat the freshest, highest-quality fish, with impeccable service, a beautiful location, and fair prices.

Impeccable, it's something to recommend and return to. I especially highlight the excellent service from the Argentinian waiters (a boy and a girl), who not only made spectacular recommendations but also gave us advice on what to see and visit, etc. Thank you so much, and we'll be back.

We're on vacation as a couple in San Foca and had dinner at this restaurant this evening. What can I say? EXCELLENT! The attention to detail, the kindness and professionalism of the service, the quality of the products, and the chef's expertise. Excellent value for money. EVERYTHING PERFECT!

After a perfect afternoon on the beach, We had the most delicious meal here tonight. The chefs seafood platter followed by local lobster with vegetables. Everything was cooked to perfection and served by the wonderful Lucia and Francesca. Would thoroughly recommend this restaurant if appreciate top quality and the freshest ingredients imaginable. I can say that in a week's holiday I went for dinner 3 times, and each one was better than the last, friendly staff and excellent food.

Food was ok,but fish was not so fresh… you could taste a little bit weird smell…. The rest were ok. waiters were friendly and nice!
