Excellent restaurant near the historic center of Macerata. The 6 dishes tasted (an appetizer, a first course, two second courses and two desserts) deserve a return to taste the others. All very good in a great atmosphere accompanied by friendly service.

Un ristorante di qualità elevata al centro di Macerata. Si presenta molto bene in un palazzo storico finemente restaurato. Vanta una gamma di piatti legati alla tradizione culinaria marchigiana preparati facendo ricorso ad una attenta selezione di prodotti del territorio. La cantina presenta una ricca selezione. Personale di sala molto idoneo all'ambiente e di ottima padronanza del prodotto.

Exquisite restaurant with typical Marche/Macerata cuisine with raw materials from the area in a historic building furnished in a minimal modern style so as not to undermine the solemnity of the place. Exceptional dishes, authentic flavors presented with great passion and professionalism by Vincenzo accompanied by glasses recommended by the professional and brilliant Alice based on the courses ordered. Last night I was in this real Italian place, a real surprise, an enchanting and very clean place, the Director, a really kind and competent person, makes you feel pampered, excellent dishes, impeccable service. I'll be back for sure

Locale trovato in 5 minuti su un app... Ambiente bello in ex magazzino di un palazzo Nobiliare,dove l'arredamento moderno valorizza le vecchie mura in mattoni a vista... Abbiamo pranzato fuori sulla veranda,e fin da subito si respira un atmosfera particolare... Il direttore del locale è una persona che si vede che ama il proprio lavoro,racconta la storia del palazzo e dei piatti del territorio con aneddoti e spiegazioni dettagliate... Complimenti!!! Buona la cucina con piatti della tradizione cucinati in maniera impeccabile... Servizio ottimo,camerieri gentili e professionali Un locale chic a portata di tutti... Consigliato

Situato nel centro storico di Macerata, questo ristorante è dotato, oltre che di una sala interna, anche di una bella veranda, ampia e spaziosa. Il personale è affabile e gentilissimo, e il menù degustazione veramente ottimo. I piatti sono quelli della tradizione, sapientemente rivisitati. Solo il tris di gelati, escluso il tiramisù, non mi ha pienamente soddisfatto, ma questo è un mio gusto personale. Rapporto qualità -prezzo molto buono.

11/01/2025: Everything impeccable!!! From fresh fish to service to location!!!
04/01/2025: Last Wednesday 1st January we had dinner at this nice restaurant located on the seafront of Porto Recanati and known for having participated in Alessandro Borghese's "4 Ristoranti" show in 2019. Very welcoming and well furnished place, very friendly staff and service. After choosing the wine, an excellent Verdicchio di Matelica "Vertis" 2022 from the Borgo Paglianetto company, we started with sea bass cappellacci in clam stew, lemon and ginger with mullet bottarga and a tuna pizza with mozzarella, fresh tuna, pistachios and scamorza smoked, both very good. Subsequently I had a turbot in porchetta with golden potatoes, cabbage, truffle and smoked provola sauce, truly delicious. Finally the desserts, we both chose a very good mandarin creme brulee. A water, a Cola Zero and two coffees for a final bill of 105 Euros for two, absolutely correct given the goodness of the dishes chosen and the excellent quality raw materials. Recommended place, we hope to be able to return soon! Well done!

Ristorante Country House Tosca

29/09/2024: I would like to point out that I cannot review the entire structure and all the services it offers because I was in this beautiful place for a baptism and therefore I did not use the rooms or the sports activities. So, as mentioned, the structure is very beautiful and offers various activities including swimming pool, padel, 7-a-side football, beach volleyball, five-a-side football and basketball. As regards the restaurant service, the dishes that were offered to us were beautiful and good. Refined tastes, different preparations, the colors of the dishes encouraged tasting and the flavors were very distinct, all excellent and delicious. The service could be more attentive, but nothing to worry about, the young waiters were nice and friendly.
29/09/2024: The restaurant experience in the well-kept context of the courtyard was excellent for a lunch reception for a baptism. In fact, it was more than pleasant to enjoy the carefully prepared and well-balanced dishes. Also judge from the photos, because the eye wants its part. The only small note of appeal I could make is for the sometimes distracted service of the various courses, when some diners were forgotten. But I can assure you that this takes second place to what was said above.
