A very welcoming place in a wonderful square. The food was good and well-prepared, but above all, we were impressed by the kind and friendly staff, especially the waitress, Aline. She was very cheerful and welcoming, attentive to our every need. Thank you so much, we'll be back soon!

Excellent Tuscan food, very friendly staff, Alini gave excellent advice on coccoli & prosciutto & stracchino. We'll be back!!! The octopus salads are fabulous!!!

31/12/2025: Saporium Firenze delivered an outstanding experience from start to finish. The food, service, and wine pairing were all exceptional. The risotto absolutely blew our minds, and every single dish was truly remarkable. Without a doubt, the best meal we had in Florence. For context, we also dined at Santa Elisabetta (2 Michelin stars) and it was a real disappointment, so we don’t say this lightly. We’ve eaten at many Michelin-rated restaurants across three continents and are very familiar with what excellence looks like. This place won’t disappoint. The wine and olive oil were so good that we even bought some to take home. Highly recommended.
05/12/2025: This was our second visit to Saporium and probably will be our last. It was just an OK experience nothing really stand out or special about the food, staff or overall experience. Looking back I think when we dined here last year Ricardo was the reason we had such a great time. It's a shame he's not there anymore. Ricardo, you will be missed!

02/02/2026: Excellent pastry shop and lunch spot during work breaks
23/01/2026: Highly recommended! We were five friends undecided about an aperitif, and in the end we opted for Neri. We each had a dish, all served on a fantastic platter. Everything was delicious, excellent! Alessandro was fantastic and served us impeccably.
