From the moment we entered, my boyfriend and I were welcomed and pampered excellently by the staff, we immediately felt at home, a truly elegant and refined place, the dishes exploded in our mouths, refined and new flavours. Everything was perfect. We will definitely come back to try the pizza, recommended by the owner❤️

Having dinner here was the best choice. The staff took care of me and my needs (intolerances/allergies) making me feel completely at ease, something truly unusual in our city. The staff is welcoming and very kind, the place is clean, the food EXCELLENT.

Better late than never! I celebrated my graduation in November 2024 in this place. Nello Occhipinti followed me in all my preferences, suggested the best combinations and personalized my party in the best way, with dedication and continuous exchange. Right from the start you can feel the care they reserve for the customer, who welcomes them and directs them towards the most suitable route for the event! The menu matched the tastes of the guests with abundant, delicious dishes and many of which were exclusively vegetable-based! The starters were exquisite, the first (Mazzara and Oroverde but I also recommend Umami) conquered everyone's palate. The cake was truly a delicacy (Bosco Verde)... vegan desserts are truly a must try at any meal. The humanity, empathy and kindness of the staff framed a beautiful memory that I will carry in my heart. Thanks Nello and your wife, thanks to all your staff. We will return for sure.

A restaurant and pizzeria that manages to bring together vegans, omnivores and fusion cuisine enthusiasts in the heart of Palermo. The location is essential but at the same time chic and elegant, a perfect balance for those looking for a relaxing and refined atmosphere. The service is impeccable: attentive, thoughtful and always with a smile. The dishes stand out for the quality of the ingredients, healthy and natural, but with a touch of originality that makes them unique. The lampedusana (fresh busiata with red mullet, fennel, grapes and pine nuts) was a true explosion of flavours, a dish that absolutely deserves to be tried. The desserts, however, although pleasant, have not reached the same heights (there is room for improvement). The prices are medium-high: justified by the quality, but it must be said that in Palermo you can eat very well even for a little less.

Un ristorante con opzioni vegan degne di tale nome, dall'antipasto al dolce. Assolutamente consigliato anche per la simpatia e disponibilità del personale.

Siamo tornati ed è sempre ottimo, prodotti freschissimi e di qualità. Molto pulito, bella atmosfera e personale gentilissimo.
