Very good restaurant with a varied choice of vegan options. We were well received, the pizzas and desserts were delicious, the decor is relaxing and the restaurant is clean. 10/10

Superb experience in this restaurant found quite by chance during our stay in Palermo… and what a surprise! The dishes are generous, varied, the vegetarian options are delicious, all this for a very reasonable quality/price ratio! The service is also very professional and friendly. In short, a 10/10! We could come back to Palermo just to taste the other dishes on the menu... congratulations to the chef and his entire team!

We went to this beautiful restaurant for a romantic dinner with my boyfriend. We took some vegan appetizers from the menu. What can I say: one better than the other. Then we had a plate of vegan ravioli and a flatbread filled with vegan grana padano, courgettes and rocket. Everything really delicious! For dessert we tried the fragolosa (I highly recommend it) and then a slice of chocolate and pistachio cake. The owner was very welcoming and explained to us the various appetizers not on the menu, but which we could order internally. The waiters were very hospitable and friendly. Excellent service! You will find so many vegan and vegetarian dishes that are so good that I recommend everyone to try them regardless of whether you eat meat or not, they will surprise you!

Dinner for two, we ordered everything: starting from a hot appetizer, passing through a delicious pizza and a stuffed squid, finishing in style with a slice of totally vegan coconut and chocolate cake. The place looks good, key word: atmosphere. Super helpful staff, ready to satisfy every request. Last, but not least, the owners, constantly among the tables to make sure that the meal is to your liking. Light green, like at home.

Siamo andati lì per caso e abbiamo trovato ottima accoglienza, varietà di antipasti a scelta di ottima qualità e pizza con impasto leggero e croccante. Infine dessert vegani molto freschi. Prezzi sopra la media ma esperienza qualitativamente eccellente.

Everything extraordinary! The place is very nice, the chef and his wife are very nice and the dishes are stratospheric. The desserts are absolutely worth trying; especially the pistachio dessert, I have never eaten anything better! You can see that behind every dish there is a story and great research, as well as technical ability, congratulations!

We come back every time we can, excellent food to say the least, fresh and quality products, best vegan restaurant I've ever eaten at. Extraordinary even in omnivorous cuisine! Cercherò di riassumere qui quello che mi porto a casa da questa esperienza. Parlo di esperienza perché è stata a tutti gli effetti un’esperienza culinaria, parte integrante del nostro primo viaggio a Palermo, in cui non solo abbiamo assaggiato piatti molto buoni, ma abbiamo parlato con lo chef direttamente al nostro tavolo che prendeva la nostra ordinazione. In generale l’aspetto che abbiamo trovato interessante è il fatto che ci sia una ricerca nei piatti di sapori che in qualche modo ci hanno ricordato la cucina tradizionale ma anche quella etnica, mescolate insieme in una combo perfetta. Altro aspetto da non sottovalutare è la possibilità di scegliere i piatti al bancone, dove erano presenti alcuni piatti del menù e alcuni extra. Questo ci ha permesso di assaggiare più portate insieme (noi abbiamo fatto due bei piattoni dal bancone e abbiamo tenuto un po’ di spazio per assaggiare un piatto del menù che ci interessava). Infine, da non sottovalutare, ottimo servizio da parte di tutto lo staff, cordiale ma anche amichevole che in qualche modo ci ha fatto innamorare della loro cucina e del loro mondo. Credo che quando un piatto è studiato così bene non ha bisogno di carne o pesce per essere buono e di qualità, ma bastano ingredienti genuini e ben abbinati per realizzare qualcosa che non ha rivali con la maggior parte delle altre cucine.
