Great authentic restaurant! Outstandingly good and friendly service. The staff gave us great tips when choosing food. We had the mixed variation of seafood as a starter, pasta paccheri and risotto seafood as main courses and tiramisu for dessert. The Pasta Paccheri was our highlight!

Two brothers... One, a former weightlifter, bony, square, generous, always smiling... The other, a singular, comical and irresistible maître d'hôtel who will make you taste some of the specialties of the day before choosing your meal. .. The dishes are copious, very tasty and cooked to order. At the end of your meal, taste a lemon sorbet drowned in limoncello... you might forget the coffee... 👍😋Known since 2005, become friends, it's a favorite stop every time I stop in La Spezia.

The best fresh and delicious food, great value for money, amazing hospitality, and super fun owners that treat you like family. The kitchen was celebrating a staff's birthday and they shared cake. Super wholesome place. Came here after the boat tour, recommended by our captain. The best way to end the trip. 100% recommend! The seafood is fresh, the pasta is freshly made that day, and the CP value is very high. The boss is like an Italian grandpa, he loves to joke but takes great care of his guests. The atmosphere in the whole store is great, and it feels like the employees get along well with the boss. It was the birthday of the kitchen staff that day, and the whole store celebrated together, and we also got a piece of cake. At the end of the boat tour, we went to a restaurant recommended by the captain. The owner was a friend of the captain and treated us as friends. He did not promote meals because we were tourists. Compared to the more touristy restaurants in Cinque Terre, this place is really worth taking a special trip to taste.

I typically look at reviews and don’t give them, so this is the first ever review I give a restaurant - Truly amazing. I am half Italian and have eaten at a lot of restaurants all over Italy. La Nuova Spezia is one of the best restaurant experiences I have ever had. The price to food ration is fantastic and the staff is the most fun and friendly I have ever met. The passion each staff member has for service and food reflects amazingly to the culinary expertise this establishment provides, and warms my heart. I recommend with all my heart the mixed seafood starters and the calamari. For 20-30 euro you will eat like a God. I will eat here every time I come to La Spezia. If you want a real Italian experience, come to La Nuova Speiza. Thank you to everyone that works here and my greatest compliments to the chefs.
