Ventuno Bistrot In Firenze

Beautiful discovery in a place you don't expect on the outskirts of Florence. Romantic birthday dinner, with 5-course tasting menu and 4 matching glasses. I must say the whole journey was interesting from a gastronomic point of view as well as the food/wine pairing was spot on. Excellent service, punctual and attentive to the explanation of the dish. The dish that impressed me the most was the CBT egg with pumpkin cream and Mugello cheese, which exploded in the mouth. The tortelli are also excellent. Definitely a place to go on special occasions. High but fair count. I think we will hear more about it in the future. The only discordant note: the area. The fact that it is outside the Florentine mass tourism is excellent, but on the other hand in the evening, it's not exactly the best...

A real surprise! I had to make a good impression with a couple of old friends... from start to finish everything was sublime, I can't find the words to adequately describe everything... from the location to the service not to mention the dishes... excellent! Well done!

Good food, excellent service, a nice experience

This was such a foodie dream, and the experience was certainly surreal. First, you feel like you're walking into someone's home. The space is warm and inviting, which makes for a lovely date night. Second, the service and intimate knowledge of ever dish was so special. We got the 9-course and wine pairing, and the chef certainly did amazing - and came out several times to discuss dishes and the wine pairing. Everything all around was amazing and definitely worth the visit.

Perfect for a romantic and intimate evening. Tasting with particular dishes. Worth a try if you are looking for something different. Average high price.

Grande cena in questo locale in zona via Pistoiese, quindi non esattamente in centro, che ho visitato perr las seconda volta. Piatti pensati e succulenti, ottimi vini e tasnte coccole da parte dello staff. Certo, i prezzi non sono popolari, ma la qualità vale la spesa in un locale che probabilmente se fosse più centrale sarebbe stellato, ma è pur vero che l'essere in periferia gli consente spazi agevolissimi.

Sono tornato al Bistrot a distanza di un anno esatto, il mio compleanno, e propongo una nuova recensione. Accoglienza e location sempre di alta qualità, un piccolo ritocco al prezzo dei menù che sinceramente non infastidisce, direi in linea coi tempi. Confermo senza riserve la qualità dei prodotti, l'estro nella fusione dei profumi e dei sapori da parte dello chef e il raffinato abbinamento dei vini ai cibi. Il pane fatto in casa meriterebbe una recensione a parte, semplicemente divino. Insomma confermo le 5 stelle, in attesa che anche Michelin gliene riconosca almeno una.

We had such a lovely night with my parents that I here to celebrate a first weekend together since I became a mum two years ago. The food was surprising, interesting and tasty. Simply exquisite. The team was very kind, high knowledge on their products and great advices given. Grazie mille. (Review published end of september but google removed it so I am adding it once more)
