Ventuno Bistrot In Firenze

You arrive in a place, "coincidentally" known by a friend who lives not far away, you see it from the outside. Those places that a functional illiterate would never enter (and thank goodness), but which immediately takes you well. Apparently a small house in the beautiful Tuscan suburbs. Inside a mix of modernity and spartan but highly refined taste. A menu with few proposals, better with the "right proposals" (be wary of menus with over 20/30 dishes!) of fusion dishes (I hate using this word, I can't think of another term at the moment...).. here's contamination of "traditional" raw materials (ravioli, rice, etc.) with exotic, especially oriental products. NB: the chef is Tuscan. I don't like butter, but they bring us an exceptional butter with wasabi. And a petit entré of fried cecina with caviar and lemon. As an appetizer... well they are delicious. I won't add anything else. Go there. Ps: recommended by someone who owns a restaurant. Ps2: I forgot. Food must excite. And here I get emotional

Imponerende restaurant som man ikke umiddelbart ville være i dette nabolag. Maden var super, og tjeneren og ejeren var en rigtig god oplevelse. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen hvis vi er i nærheden, og de skal i hvert fald have de bedste anbefalinger.
