Staff were very helpful. The guy helped us register to the website and get free gifts and they were very friendly. Can not say i was as staisfied with the products. Not the best gelato in milano. The place is quite overrated. Chocolates is too expensive, about 9-10 euros for a regular chocolate bar. Definitely not worth it.

Rome, Milan, Bergamo! Eating ice cream from their branches while traveling around Italy has almost become our routine. They were able to achieve a standard quality. It is necessary to congratulate. It's hard work. Varieties, taste and service are flawless. You can go without thinking.

Maleducazione e arroganza delle ragazze al banco. Da Venchi mi aspettavo un gelato super.... Invece era un comune gelato "commerciale" da turisti. La crema Venchi era assolutamente insapore e insulsa. Il cioccolato assaggiato era roba comune. Pagato troppo x tutto questo. Non consiglio e non ci torno. Tante gelateria sotto casa sono migliori.

Very high level thanks to the perfect combination of the quality of the ingredients and the excellent work of Lorenzo, a masterful chef of exquisite and refined skill. His cuisine overflows with culture, commitment, tradition, research, passion, as in the fine polenta which seems to be the one that was cooked, beyond the hour, on the vigorous fire of robust lit logs. Lorenzo's is bread for the soul: through food, served with light and whispered elegance, he offers you the now unobtainable pleasure of bringing to mind moments experienced, as the most precious of friends would do.
