Rammed with people but fairly well organised so the wait wasn't excessive. Loved the faux chocolate waterfall- alas no Wonka bars!

I went there to take a wonderful ice cream. I chose tiramisu, panacotta and noccialota. It was the best ice cream o had in Roma. Plus there is a wall with chocolate going down like high fall. Truly amazing. The people working there are so nice too. I recommend it if you want a really good ice cream ❤️

They served us an ice cream that melted as it came out of the cup and had a mediocre consistency (tiramisu cup shake) which actually had nothing to do with tiramisu.

The wait can be a little long during the summer period, but it will be worth it, the ice creams from Venchi are a treat for the taste buds.

Très bonnes glaces avec choix du chocolat: noir ou lait à l'intérieur du cornet, et autour. Topping à choisir sur le tour et petit chocolat sur la glace Un véritable coup de coeur pour la saveur noisette :)

VENCHI as a gelato brand is just crazy good and it’s a personal favourite too! Maybe a cue of 2-7mins for this one as it’s amidst the busy & happening streets of ginza area. Lovely range of flavours from chocolate, cocoa, caramel staples to seasonal ones. Just beside the Shiseido store. Highly recommend if you’re around, do visit!

16/08/2024: Additional star with the wonderful closing with delicious tiramisu! To my liking, it doesnt taste too alchoholic,the cream are fresh. The pasta is nicely done. The staffs are efficient. I love their kind of sparkling water.
