I'm writing to share my positive experience at a Venchi location I visited on 11/26/2025 during my first trip to Rome, Italy. As a chocolate lover, I was immediately captivated by the chocolate waterfall behind the counter. The chocolate itself was exceptionally tasty, but what truly stood out was the excellent customer service I received from "Sume".her service was truly impressive.

Visité Italia y mi hijo de cuatro años solicitó específicamente una caja de chocolate en forma de corazón con diferentes tipos de chocolate en su interior. Pasé por Venchi y estaba tan emocionada de ver ese regalo exacto. Andrea y Giulia me saludaron y me dieron una prueba de aceite de oliva de chocolate que era tan bueno que todavía estoy hablando de ello, nunca había oído hablar de una cosa así antes. Eran tan divertidos y acogedores, me encantó charlar con los dos y me dieron algunas grandes ventajas para las elecciones de helados. Sin duda una visita obligada! También me dijeron que hay lugares en los Estados Unidos, así que los buscaré.

26/11/2025: Located right on Piazza Campo de Fiori, the restaurant is perfectly situated for a relaxing view of the day market and the night life of the Piazza. We enjoyed breakfast here several mornings while staying at Mama's Home Rome, located above the restaurant. The staff was prompt, friendly, and the food was wonderful.
23/11/2025: Best food ,lovely service Soli is friendly and professional. Good wine suggestion!

03/11/2025: I chose Big Friends somewhat randomly. I'm not from Rome, but I was in the area for my graduation. I booked without giving any information about the occasion. When I walked in, the owner was immediately kind and helpful. I spoke to him to briefly discuss the menu, and he immediately understood my needs. He welcomed us and presented us with a welcome glass of wine. I hadn't made a cake, so he made me a sweet treat with a lit candle. We ate wonderfully, and even though I wasn't in my hometown, I felt at home and pampered. Thank you so much!
