A great spot for an afternoon treat during a break from exploring the beautiful streets of Florence. The kids enjoyed their ice cream, and we loved the crepe—absolutely delicious!

Absolutely the best ice cream and chocolate shop in all of Florence.
Excellent quality ice cream, excellent cones and flavors served by the staff, quite friendly, I recommend the cremino, pistachio and vanilla flavors
Waiting times during peak hours are exaggerated due to the excessive amount of customers.
The price of the ice creams should be clearly displayed, as it is not visible until the moment of ordering as it is written next to the cash register.
There are no seats.
Despite this and the fairly high price, Venchi's ice cream is absolutely worth trying as it is one of the best I have ever tasted.

Certainly the location and the store (its appearance, its chocolate fountain, etc...) creates a wonderful atmosphere, but we remain a little disappointed with the ice cream, most of which tastes very similar (very creamy and sweet, little of taste for the rest). Excellent ice cream biscuit, too bad its content was not at the same level. A bit expensive too.

Really excellent crepes, perhaps the chocolate was exaggerated, I would add a little less and a little more icing sugar, but otherwise the staff was very kind

Depending on this, the waiting time is a little longer, but not too long. The staff is friendly and also speaks English. The crepes with their own chocolate cream are super delicious, but you could sprinkle powdered sugar on the crepe before wrapping it up.

Gelateria elegantissima, stile Venchi. Gelato granellato, gigante, 4 gusti oltre 7 euro. Buono ma non economico. Il cioccolatino come "topping", però, è una finezza.
