17/08/2025: After more than 25 years, I returned to Green Garden Spaghetteria, and I can say without a doubt: it was totally worth it. The food was excellent: every course was a pleasant surprise. The spaghetti all'amatriciana? Simply extraordinary! My 10-year-old daughter devoured it and exclaimed (exactly): > "No offense to my mom, aunt, and grandma's cooking, but this spaghetti all'amatriciana is the best pasta I've ever eaten, and if I could, I'd give it 10 stars!" That alone, believe me, is worth more than a thousand reviews: I've never heard a dish described like that! Authentic family hospitality: Giuseppe and his son Salvino are incredible. They pampered us from the first course to the last, with warmth and kindness. It truly felt like home, but with a special touch. A story of passion: the same family management for over 35 years, a clear sign of their dedication and love for good food. P.S.: Salvino, last night we tried the spaghetti aglio, olio, e peperoncino, the amatriciana, and the carbonara: all exceptional! Next time, tell your dad we absolutely want to try the cacio e pepe too!

25/07/2025: Welcoming and clean place, polite and professional staff, delicious food, excellent prices. I ate in good company and had a great time. The waiter was professional and super friendly. Highly recommended.
