How can I review this place if not in the best way, from the location, located in a historic building in the heart of the city, very well looked after and tastefully furnished, the staff is attentive, very friendly and knowledgeable, ready to satisfy every request, the menu is rich, the quality of the food is at star level (my personal opinion) excellent meats, the prices are in line with everything else, after several dinners, I can only say that as far as I'm concerned it is the best restaurant in Brescia.

You realize that it is a pastry shop/restaurant when you look up and see the burgundy banner waving. The historic location is splendid, refined, embellished with frescoes, marble, gilded stucco and Venetian floors. The third room is wonderful, furnished with red velvet sofas and glass tables, which reflect the majestic ceiling. The first and fourth (restaurant) rooms are more than fusion style, a little too kitsch. Wicker armchairs, Ming dupe vases, Chinese lantern chandeliers, leopard-print carpets and both painted and ceramic tigers... but it's purely a matter of personal taste. Art Nouveau bathrooms with mega beehive mirror, perfectly sanitized. As for the pastries, I found the croissant with berry jam delicious. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The acidity of the berries pairs perfectly with the butteriness of the dough. Quality coffee, as well as soy milk, with which it was stained, thick and foamy. The staff is very kind, attentive and smiling... you can tell it from their eyes. For those who complain about the costs... note that in any pastry shop in Brescia worthy of the name, the prices at the table are very similar and the location is certainly not in the slightest comparable to this one. Impeccable cleanliness. Compliments!

The interior decoration is gorgeous. Each room is different and unique. The set menu is rich in content. The dessert cart at the end is a little surprise.

Dining in a historic building is a fantastic experience, the food and service are excellent and worthy of the place.
