I'll just say they have a jewel in their hands that they don't know how to make shine... A little more care and attention would be enough... The restaurant wouldn't take much to achieve greater satisfaction. The rooms are mediocre if you settle for less, which is a shame because they are certainly spacious. As for breakfast, let's draw a veil over it. Too bad... they're 300 meters from the sea... A little more effort and attention... renovate what's needed and you'd be a hit...

28/02/2026: That kind of a typical resto in small town (city) Italy - nothing pretentious. Food was delightful and the lady-server-owner (I reckon was nice). Suprise, surprise, I paid only €28 for a 3-course meal with dessert, wine and water. Not bad at all. Careful with Google map, it'll take you to the open parking lot at the back of the complex. You need to go down at basement level to find the resto.
14/02/2026: Excellent food, fair prices but the atmosphere is a bit old and dark.
