Maybe the best place where I could eat in Rome!!! The carciofi alla Romana and Carciofi a la judía were spectacular, the same as the Carbonara. Just the best taste I can recall out of all the restaurants so far. Nice service and nice terrace outside where you can go with a dog, and many Italians are having dinner, even solitary men - it seems that the food is highly appreciated by the locals, to have a delicious treat just alone!

Clásicos romanos hechos muy bien en un lugar agradable, de baja clave que también tiene un patio exterior. Tuve el tonnarelli cacio e pepe y te hizo darte cuenta por qué este plato se ha vuelto popular ya que era una deliciosa interpretación del mismo. Tienen una amplia carta de vinos, pero parecían estar en el medio de los productores de carretera y no una selección realmente amplia de vinos por copa (pero he llegado a esperar que en Italia). Parece raro comentar en su pan, pero tenían pan integral súper bueno, que es realmente inusual en los restaurantes italianos. El restaurante está en el barrio Prati, que es un lugar agradable para caminar - algunos edificios Art Nouveau interesantes que en Italia se llama "estilo Liberty". Recomendaría encarecidamente este lugar para una experiencia auténtica.

A place with a slightly old-fashioned design, but the atmosphere is certainly welcoming. You can also eat outside, which although it is the usual solution with tables between the sidewalk and the street, has the advantage of being in a strategic place, in Piazza dei Quiriti, where traffic is rather low, at least in the evening. Traditional Roman dishes, with daily specials that depend on the season. For example, we ate some excellent spring dishes including risotto with asparagus and pecorino, tagliatelle with vignarola and spaghetti alla nerano. Also worthy of note is the breaded beef taken for the children. Very generous portions

Custode della tradizione romana, ma in ambiente elegante e confortevole, questo ristorante spicca nell'offerta gastronomica del quartiere Prati. I classici della cucina romana ci sono tutti, a partire dalla quasi introvabile insalata di nervetti, per proseguire con la coda alla vaccinara e l'involtino in umido (perfetto). Servizio efficiente e cortese, carta dei vini amplissima con molte etichette mainstream ma anche qualche chicca

Excellent quality Roman cuisine. Seasonal side dishes only. The boiled meatballs are delicious, as are the breaded fetta, the pasta all'amatriciana and the meatballs in sauce.

Outstanding staff, especially Rubel. The Carbonara has to be the most amazing in Rome! We went again the next night for pasta Matriciana and Ossobuco- also excellent. We are visitors to Rome and found the help with cuisine and wine to be spot on. Thank you!
