We had dinner last night. I ordered fettuccine and a chocolate cake, which, without exaggeration, is one of the best I've ever tasted. It's true that we ordered another dessert that never arrived, and it took a while for the bill to arrive, but the waiter who served us was super kind and the restaurant is top-notch. An excellent dinner featuring Roman cuisine. The first courses were delicious, both traditional and those created with original recipes. The location is beautiful and well-maintained. We found parking easily in the square in front, but perhaps because it's summer and Rome is a bit emptier. The service was good, fast, and friendly.

On the recommendation of our Roman friends, we came here for dinner – and what an excellent choice! The pasta carbonara was absolutely delicious, probably the best in the city. We enjoyed it with a wonderful Brunello and finished with a fantastic tiramisu. The staff were super friendly and helpful, even giving us some great tips about the wine list. The selection of wines is excellent and pairs perfectly with the dishes. An absolute must if you’re in Rome and want to experience the true flavors of Italian cuisine!

If you're looking for authentic flavors and cuisine that pampers the palate, this is the place. The true star of the evening was undoubtedly the carbonara. I can confidently say it was one of the best I've ever tasted: perfectly creamy, with crispy and flavorful guanciale, and a perfect balance of egg and pecorino. Every forkful was a little journey into the heart of Roman tradition. Simply exquisite! The tiramisu also lived up to expectations. Smooth, with a perfect balance of coffee and mascarpone, it ended the dinner impeccably. Although the carbonara was the highlight, the tiramisu confirmed the high standard of the cuisine. The service was attentive and friendly, the atmosphere welcoming, and the perfect setting for a pleasant evening.

Clásicos romanos hechos muy bien en un lugar agradable, de baja clave que también tiene un patio exterior. Tuve el tonnarelli cacio e pepe y te hizo darte cuenta por qué este plato se ha vuelto popular ya que era una deliciosa interpretación del mismo. Tienen una amplia carta de vinos, pero parecían estar en el medio de los productores de carretera y no una selección realmente amplia de vinos por copa (pero he llegado a esperar que en Italia). Parece raro comentar en su pan, pero tenían pan integral súper bueno, que es realmente inusual en los restaurantes italianos. El restaurante está en el barrio Prati, que es un lugar agradable para caminar - algunos edificios Art Nouveau interesantes que en Italia se llama "estilo Liberty". Recomendaría encarecidamente este lugar para una experiencia auténtica.

I classici della cucina romana ci sono tutti, a partire dalla quasi introvabile insalata di nervetti, per proseguire con la coda alla vaccinara e l'involtino in umido (perfetto). Servizio efficiente e cortese, carta dei vini amplissima con molte etichette mainstream ma anche qualche chicca
