One of the best pastry shops in the city for its use of high-quality ingredients and its friendly staff (Carmela has a special place in my heart and makes my day start right). Special mention goes to the cipollina and the granitas, which are as good as those I've tried in Sicily, if not better. Highly recommended.

We visited this place as part of our stay at Villino Luschi Pisa. We were very pleasantly surprised. The desserts were delicious and even looked beautiful. The coffee was also good and the service was very nice. 😊 The doors here are not bursting with the number of visitors.

A truly lovely place in Pisa! The staff were kind We stopped for a little afternoon snack and had a Sicilian cannoli with ricotta — it was so, so delicious! It was the perfect break, and very affordable for the quality. I highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Pisa.

We had unbelievable luck to find this amazing pasticceria in Pisa, which is absolutely a hidden gem. We tried every day something different and did not have enough of amazingly delicious cannoli, crema di limone, brioche or granita. If you are tired or need your mood to be lifted - this is the place that will make you feel better. Most importantly - thank you to the lovely Ladies that welcome their guests so warmly! You made us feel like home!

I had a granita and a brioche. Both were excellent, you can taste the quality and the fact that the flavors are made in an artisanal and not industrial way.

16/08/2025: What can I say? We're now regulars, and despite the many visits, they still manage to surprise us. The pairings are always spot-on, the dishes are balanced, and the atmosphere is relaxing and convivial. In short, our favorite place.

L'Eremita Ristorante

16/08/2025: The Eremita offers a small but varied menu. The dishes are all very tasty (especially the pork fillet with chestnut honey). The menu offers the option of customizing side dishes, which, of course, also come at an extra cost. We went there for dinner three times and were never disappointed.
