It was really good, the staff is so nice! They love kids. It was a good local Italian cafe with great pastries! Truly the best in Pisa.

We had unbelievable luck to find this amazing pasticceria in Pisa, which is absolutely a hidden gem. We tried every day something different and did not have enough of amazingly delicious cannoli, crema di limone, brioche or granita. If you are tired or need your mood to be lifted - this is the place that will make you feel better. Most importantly - thank you to the lovely Ladies that welcome their guests so warmly! You made us feel like home!

I had a granita and a brioche. Both were excellent, you can taste the quality and the fact that the flavors are made in an artisanal and not industrial way.

Case in point: Vecchio – Pasticceria Siciliana, a glorious sugar-laced oasis I stumbled upon while dropping off my laundry. Little did I know I was about to trade detergent for decadence. Behind the modest signage lies a temple of Sicilian pastry wizardry where every item in the glass case looks like it was hand-sculpted by pastry angels. Cannoli? Transcendent. Stuffed with perfectly sweetened ricotta and kissed with candied fruit like it was blessed by a Palermo priest. Cassate Siciliane? So beautiful and delicate, I considered framing mine before devouring it. And don’t even get me started on the sfogliatella—those golden, flaky masterpieces whispering ancient secrets from Naples. And the coffee? Bellissimo. Smooth, rich, and served with that effortless Italian charm that somehow makes your laundry chores feel like a subplot in Call Me By Your Name. Vecchio doesn’t just serve pastries—it restores your faith in the little moments. Amazing fresh cakes, the cube ones are amazing and there is a huge variety of options. The lady is so sweet, the only downside is its a bit small so when its crowded you may not find a place to sit.

Very atmospheric place, very nice service, they work at an incredible pace. Perfect coffee, sweets all on point. A real place for an Italian breakfast, I highly recommend and greet the service :)

Stayed in an AirBnB nearby and coming here for breakfast each morning was a highlight for our trip! Cute shop, pretty display, couldn’t go wrong with any of the pastries, coffee was good, and prices are so reasonable. We had multiple cornettos from here, as well as the ricotta brioche, onion and ham pastry, and a few more yummy things! We even bought a jar of pistachio cream. The lady at the counter is very cheery and helpful, described what was in each pastry as we can’t speak Italian. Note that there is very limited seating inside as it is a small shop. Very memorable part of our time in Pisa and can’t wait to be back one day.

Excellent pastry shop. Very kind and helpful staff with everyone. Very good products, from sweet pastries to savory products. Worthy of mention is the granita, which I had never tasted and which surprised me a lot, and the arancini and fried calzones, very well filled and very good.
