On the occasion of the New Year's Eve dinner, I was also there for lunch on the 31st. He agreed with the positive comments. The lunch was excellent, traditional tagliatelle with meat sauce, very tasty and perfectly cooked, selected cured meats and cheeses, and a truly excellent cured wild boar. Quality food, rich wine list, staff attentive to customer needs and a rustic, family atmosphere. At New Year's Eve dinner they did not disappoint... everything was excellent, worthy of a 5 star restaurant!! Compliments

I love going to eat in this restaurant, and especially to eat the fabulous candies with truffles and the bean cream with porcini mushrooms, a very welcoming environment, the very kind owner. Every time I go to Carpegna I can't help but stop by them. I highly recommend it.

Having ended up in Carpegna by chance, we stopped in the camper parking area and decided to have dinner in the centre. It was Sunday evening and we were attracted by the presence of many people at this restaurant, especially locals. We hadn't booked but the very kind owner went out of his way to prepare a table for us. We didn't eat pizza but tasted the local specialties. Homemade candy-shaped pastry filled with ham with truffle-flavored cream (grated truffle) was so good that we even took two portions to take away. Then we tasted the Carpegna ham, the battered red onion, the tagliatelle with bean sauce, the kebabs. The pizzas must have been very good.
