A beautiful place, both in the summer with its well-maintained outdoor space and in the winter with its beautiful dining room and indoor fireplace/barbecue. The staff is truly kind and attentive, true professionals. The meat is sliced freshly and in front of the customer, and is simply delicious and well-aged to make it extra tender. The prices are reasonable for the quality of the products served. A place you'll definitely want to return to again and again.

Last night I came for dinner with a friend, and it was a fantastic discovery.
I'll start by saying that the staff is all very knowledgeable, and the grill master, "Ciccio," guided us through the meat selection, explaining the provenance and processing of each variety on display.
Being in Cilento, we chose Cilento Black Angus.
We started with a tartare made fresh with white salt flakes, pepper, and lemon zest.
A delicacy! The meat melts in your mouth, and the combination of lemon and pepper is a touch of class.
Then came the sliced Cilento Black Angus.
It was served on a special plate with the sliced steak underneath and a hot griddle on top, where you can reheat the meat to cook it more evenly by adjusting the heat.
What can I say... butter.
A very delicate meat with a flavor that demonstrates its exceptional quality.
Not to mention the fat, which I decided to brown a little more before eating.
The quality of the meat is also evident from the flavor of the fat, which, in a prized animal like this, is a nutrient and vitamin bomb (having been raised free on pasture).
Truly good!
As a side dish, we had a roast potato and sautéed chicory, both very good.
Of course, we had a wine that was up to the task: an excellent Falerno del Massico Primitivo.
Finally, a very delicate bay leaf liqueur.
What can I say... "Al vecchio maneggio" passed with flying colors! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

A very nice restaurant with a great atmosphere and something a bit different from your typical Italian restaurant. You can sit comfortably in the garden. They didn't have an English menu, but explained everything in English. Friendly service and a genuine desire to please. This is the place to go for a delicious, leisurely meal.

One of the nicest restaurants we have been to, also down here in Italy. And how glad we are that it was crowded in Minturno, so we have to look elsewhere for our last experience this summer.
And found this gem a little outside our campsite!
If you are in the area and are a fan of good meat and really good service, then this restaurant is a must! We had the best evening, the meat melted in our mouths, and was perfectly cooked! Super fantastic service by our lovely waiter, who guided us well through the different options for meat that are available. The best reviews from here - it is some of the best meat we have tasted! ❤️

Quando sono in zona per lavoro è oramai tappa obbligata fermarmi "Al Vecchio Maneggio". Ampia varietà di carne di ottima qualità. Ciccio e la sua famiglia ti fanno sentire a casa.

Impossibile non dedicare un po’ di tempo per scrivere una recensione ad un posto semplicemente speciale. Accogliente trattoria lungo la Domiziana, per puro caso ieri sera ho avuto la possibilità di andare a cena con la mia ragazza. Locale caratteristico, con magnifiche carni esposte al banco, brace in sala con lo straordinario proprietario Ciccio, che da grande padrone di casa prepara le prelibatezze con la sua simpatia e signorilità unica. Penso di non aver mai mangiato una “genovese” come quella che ho avuto il piacere di degustare ieri, arrosticini di pecora e salsiccia succulenta. Bravissimi i ragazzi in sala che con grande mole di lavoro, riuscivano a soddisfare tutte le esigenze della clientela. Insomma voto 110 e lode per Ciccio e company, spero di ritornare quanto prima nel vostro paradiso.
