If I had to sum up my experience at this restaurant in just a few words, I'd say: courtesy, quality, excellent food, and attention to detail. The restaurant is small but welcoming, with a very pleasant atmosphere. The waiter was truly kind and helpful in offering us recommendations. The highlight, however, were the dishes. The first thing that inevitably caught my eye was the plating, which revealed the chef's skill in taking care of even the smallest details. Unfortunately, I didn't take photos of the appetizers, but I can assure you they were as beautiful as they were delicious. From the first bite, you notice the freshness of the ingredients and the perfect balance of flavors, which accompanied us from appetizers to dessert, and which demonstrates the expertise of this very young chef. Overall, an extremely positive experience, which I highly recommend.
