15/05/2025: Don't stop to read negative reviews. My experience was very positive, we had dinner at the hotel restaurant, courtesy, friendliness and professionalism. The dishes were all good, varied menu and dishes cooked with experience. The staff at the Hall were friendly and professional, the rooms were clean and welcoming, we will return.

05/05/2025: The hotel has a large and welcoming hall, 3 fully functional and functional elevators, given the height of the building. The breakfasts are plentiful, except for groups of predatory vacationers who mistake the service as a free mini market, where they can grab everything from everyone (respectful and painful!). Obviously the staff is limited in number and does everything possible to manage everything as best as possible. Extreme courtesy at reception, ready to satisfy and respond to customer requests. A few flaws regarding the functionality of the equipment in the room (TV/phon) and air conditioning in the fitness area).
