Here we find the tradition of Chiavennasca cuisine, a family that works with passion and cooks with love... everything is good but the deer and roe meat is even better... excellent craft beer as well as the wines... what can we say about the meat skewers: spectacular.....let's go

Bellissima osteria tipica con un ambiente accogliente e caldo con i camini , un servizio professionale con la proprietaria e le ragazze molto gentili e simpatiche , il rapporto qualità prezzo giustissimo con ottimi piatti di antipasto e carne presentata bene e gusto squisito ….lo consiglio a tutti

A typical tavern above Colico, very characteristic, nice and welcoming with a nice warm fireplace...excellent service with the owner and the girls all professionally kind and friendly, the dishes from the appetizer to the desserts, including the meat, all good...I recommend it to everyone

Con amici siamo stati in questa osteria, ubicata nella parte alta di Colico. Immersa in un contesto boschivo, nelle immediate vicinanze dell'osteria è possibile parcheggiare l'auto. L'interno dell'osteria è in legno con alcuni attrezzi usati in passato. Antipasti molto abbondanti e di qualità come i primi piatti. Il punto di forza è senza dubbio la carne (soprattutto la carne di cervo). Si paga il giusto per quello che viene servito. Conviene chiamare per prenotare e/o chiedere dei giorni di apertura.

The service is very friendly and the food is great. It's best to reserve in advance otherwise the chance of getting a free table is very small.

16/11/2024: First experience of a night in a refuge. I was with friends, room for eight with bathroom. Super dinner and wonderful welcome. Very clean room. They are available for everything. Above average cuisine. They organize night or day snowshoeing. Those who don't feel like reaching the refuge on foot can be taken with the Jeep. 🏔️ Magical ❤️ Experience the emotion, it's worth it.
08/11/2024: I can't complain about a single thing, we stayed 1 night, the food was great and people were really kind. The location is genuinely stunning for hiking and star gazing at night. If the bike is too hard for you or it's raining they offer a lift with a car !
