We happened to eat here by chance – it's beautifully situated above the mountains, and the food is incredibly fresh, homemade, and delicious. We'd love to go back. We had venison and homemade gnocci in cheese sauce.

The place is an old farmhouse nestled in the woods, and the atmosphere is extremely original, with all the furnishings fitting the place. The selection of cured meats on their house platter is excellent. Grilled meat is their specialty. The prices, relative to the portion, are reasonable. Appetizer A first course A second course House wine Water (Amaro for two is kindly offered) €56, well spent, enjoying a wonderful evening in the cool air.

Un ristorante tipico montano dove vai in compagnia per gustare i piatti tipici di carne e polenta con la vista del camino acceso e fa spettacolo , il servizio molto valido lo consiglio a tutti

18/08/2025: If you're tired of always eating the same thing: pizza, spaghetti, etc. Come visit this inn and enjoy traditional Italian dishes, dishes that will keep you busy for hours. A great atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff, the owner will translate the menu into French for you, and the prices are reasonable. By far the best restaurant in Dervio. You can go there with your eyes closed.
17/08/2025: This restaurant is a marvel. We had a great time, with special mentions for the breaded anchovies and the mushroom testaroli (porcini mushrooms). Too bad we're leaving, otherwise we would have come to taste the many simmered dishes on the menu! If you want to experience the Italian atmosphere as if you were at home, tutti fatto alla casa🇮🇹, don't hesitate for a second. A magnificent discovery, I recommend it 1000%👌🤩
