I ate the capon caramels on parmesan fondue, a real delicacy....I went back later and ate the truffle gnocchi, which were also very good.

I went for lunch with a friend. I have to compliment the chef for the truly delicious and well-prepared dishes. The menu was traditional, the dining room was welcoming, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable.
The quality/price ratio was excellent.

Vecchia Fucina is a well-kept little restaurant with a well-stocked bar area at the entrance. The interior is simple yet elegant, and the staff is professional and hospitable.
The menu is simple yet traditional, with a wide selection of appetizers, first courses, and more. The tortelli are truly high-quality, and the cured meats are also delicious.
Prices are reasonable.
Highly recommended!

The handmade pasta with zucchini is amazing, the pumpkin flan is superb, and the truffle tartare is also delicious. This place is hidden from tourists, but everyone in the area knows and recommends it!

Nice restaurant on the way to the Magnani Rocca Foundation. We arrived with our small dog, who they then made us take back to the car because they don't allow dogs. This obviously ruined our stay, especially since Google Maps (as per attachment) says "dogs allowed." I pointed this out at the cashier, and the gentleman denied it. I asked him to correct it by saying "DOGS NOT ALLOWED" to avoid future misunderstandings with other dog owners. The food was average; you decide for yourself whether or not to go without a pet, of course.

Excellent traditional cuisine, friendly and helpful wait staff. If the fillet had been served with caramelized onions, I would have given it an extra star.
