A lovely, quiet, and clean place. The staff is friendly, and the owner, Maddalena, is the perfect hostess. The bread and mussel meatballs with pecorino fondue are a must-try. Recommended for a relaxing, family-friendly evening.

A restaurant at the entrance to Cisternino's historic center. The menu is limited but of high quality. All the fish dishes were fresh and well-prepared. If I had to make a small complaint, it would probably be the quantity. Recommended

I ate very good fish at a fair price, I'm local and I would recommend it to anyone who wants something different from the usual monotonous meat in the old town that is badly cooked.

15/09/2025: Six of us went there for dinner on Friday evening. We were a little early, and the restaurant wasn't actually open yet. The chef said we could have a drink, but it would be a while before the kitchen opened. So we waited until the kitchen opened, and in the meantime, we were well looked after, with bread, ricotta, cucumbers and tomatoes from the garden, and baked potato balls – waiting makes waiting fun 😊 The antipasti was fabulous, all of very high quality and a treat for the palate 👌🏻 For the main course, we ordered the fresh orecchiette, which were made on-site by the chef's mother – it was simply delicious 😋 The restaurant was very busy, but the service was under control. One of the best restaurants I've eaten at in Puglia 🫶🏼
14/09/2025: Lunch on a Sunday when many restaurants were closed or booked. Very good veal dish. The owner offered some fried food to keep us going, very good. Friendly waiter and owner

30/08/2025: I celebrated my 40th birthday and made a great impression. Excellent value for money and super-excellent service. A 5-star restaurant in Brindisi that knows how to serve food. Congratulations.
