Vanilla Wine&Restaurant In Castellammare di stabia

Went to Vanilla Wine Bar and Restaurant for my first meal in Castellammare, and it was even better than I hoped. Francesca gave fantastic recommendations and, when it started raining, kindly packed up pizza for my family. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and it’s run by a wonderful mother-and-sister team. This is a true family gem you won’t want to miss.

Great cooking lesson at Vanilla with Paola and her family. We learnt about cooking pasta and traditions in Italy. Food was amazing, wine was excellent and company was the best. Highly recommend for dinner or the cooking lesson.

A wonderful restaurant overlooking the sea. We were greeted by Francesca, who was lovely and made the effort to speak French! We ate delicious bruschetta, it was a real treat! The prices are really affordable (cheaper than in France). I recommend this restaurant. Great pizza and pleasant servers but a little noisy right next to the road

The food I ordered was decent, but came at very different times. They had gluten free pasta and other options. Some of the staff were grumpy, not very welcoming. The drink had been sitting for a while, so there was debris at the bottom. One of the glasses was dirty. They fixed a table for us, there were 9 of us, so that was good. Good atmosphere, good view, and the rest of the staff were nice. A little bad English, but there was one who spoke very well. Got a free dessert at the end which was good.

Really good service, food was good and more than reasonable price. Would defo recommend the meat and cheese sharing board to start for 4 or even as a full coarse for 2

Very nice place, with a truly enchanting sea view which makes the experience even more pleasant. The food is of excellent quality: carefully prepared dishes, genuine flavors and the right portions. However, prices are a little above average, although partly justified by the location and the quality offered. Ideal for a special evening or for those who want to treat themselves to a lunch with a splendid view.

Visitamos para la cena temprana y tuvimos la comida más deliciosa. Nos cuidaron bien. Queríamos volver el lunes, pero estaba cerrado, estábamos destripados! Pero volveremos. ¡No puedo esperar!
