Lovely place to get some coffee and croissants. Enjoyed the fact that they are closed to the airport. Loved the cappucino from them and all the pastries products were fresh. Damn they had some good pistachio croissants, I couldn't get enough. Stayed 3 days in Pisa and every day I've started my day with something from this location!!! In the morning they always have a lot of customers and for me that's says a lot.

Vanilla is a lovely bar, and much more. The desserts are truly excellent, as are the aperitifs. It's a great place to spend a few hours with friends. There are plenty of tables outside, as well as a lovely indoor dining area.

Delicious, yet one of the cheapest places we've been to in Tuscany. 😇 Fresh orange juice, coffee, and lots of delicious sandwiches and pastries.

scrivo recensioni solo se qualcosa mi impressiona esageratamente, che sia in positivo o in negativo. in questo caso è in positivo. ho fatto diverse volte colazione in questo posto e ho mangiato dei cornetti che mi hanno fatto letteralmente godere. ieri sono stato all'apericena. mi sono trovato davanti 3 tavolate di cibo che mi hanno mandato in confusione per quanta roba buona ci fosse. anche il drink era ottimo. mangiato a volontà, bevuto, 15€, 6 stelle.

22/10/2025: We stopped at Po’stò Cafè in Pisa for breakfast, and it turned out to be one of those simple but really pleasant experiences that make traveling better. The place has a friendly and relaxed vibe, perfect for starting the day before exploring the city. The food was delicious and fresh—great coffee, pastries, and sandwiches, all at a very fair price. It really felt like excellent value for the money, especially considering how close it is to the main attractions. Service was quick and organized, and the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. Even though English wasn’t their first language, they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and understood the menu. You can tell they care about their customers, locals and tourists alike. Their patience and kindness made a big difference for us. If you’re in Pisa and want a good breakfast spot that feels local, this is definitely the place. Nothing pretentious—just good food, great service, and nice people. We left smiling and would go back again without a doubt.
